Yale YES-WINH-WH Essentials Inline Replacement Window Handle, Universal Espag, for UPVC Windows, Key Locking, White Finish, 40 mm

I ordered black but got a white cap so unfortunately it doesn't match the rest of the handles. It also wouldn't open at all one day until I forced it, at which point a piece fell out of the back, which is part of the locking mechanism. Still works (they are very sturdy) but now rotates both clockwise and anti-clockwise.

The item in the picture was white and had a black lock button which I specifically chose and wanted to match the handles my other windows have - but the item received has a white button so it does not match. Very disappointed and will not use it as it looks odd. Didn’t get what I ordered.

The handle fitted by the installer corroded and seized after a couple of years.This replacement handle seems to be better quality and was simple to fit.The fitting screws supplied are grooved for cutting to the suitable length for your installation, but I just used the original old screws.

These handles are utterly diabolical. The mechanism inside to lock the handle in place is made of brittle plastic! Not 1 month into use and the plastic has snapped and locked the handle in place, we had to force it open with a razor blade. Before it broke, it was an absolute nightmare to open. How pathetic can you be? May as well make the thing out of paper, it'll last just as long. Utterly pathetic.

It looks good and pleased with it, it had 1 key, I went to 2 key cutters to get a spare made inc timpsons and they have no dummy or template for key, so if this key gets lost, I will have a problem
