Nice breezy summer jacket!
This jacket has ZERO warming qualities. LOLThat's the point of a summer jacket though.Has a sturdy weight, and I thought I was going to sweat immediately putting it on but it's full two layer mesh and air passes right through, even more so when you're moving. It does not flap in the wind, it has enough weight to make me feel secure and comfy.Has two inner pouches with velcro closures and one inner zipper pocket along withtwo outer zip up pockets of course. The wrist, waist and arm adjustments are great for fine tuning my fit.The fit is almost perfect, I'm a 310 lb guy and ordered a 5XL and it fits great though I would prefer it were a tad lower down my waist but that's a nit pick. The ONLY thing I don't like is my neck is too girthy for the neck velcro to close and it sticks to my helmet straps. This jacket would be PERFECT with a zip out cold weather liner but that would move it to a different price point.Outstanding jacket for the price!

Very happy with the jacket!
5'10"- 250 lbs - ordered 5XL.I normally wear 3XL shirts, jackets, and size 46 pants. I ordered a 5XL jacket based on reviews indicating the jacket runs small. The jacket fits me well as I dislike tight fitting clothes. I can pull a 4XL, but my stomach will be somewhat tight. The jacket looks solid and hope it will last a few summers. Looks well made and solid. Good value for the price.I will provide an update after testing it shortly.

Order 1-2 sizes up
Buy 1-2 sizes up. I'm 6' 270lbs. Normally I'm between 2x and 3x. The former a little snug, the later a little a little lose. On a hunch, I bought a 5x and I'm glad I did. It just fits. Weights on the way down so it'll only fit better but I'd be sending this back if I had ordered only 1 size up

Order one size bigger
Other reviewers' advice is spot on. I ordered one size bigger than I would usually wear and it fit perfectly. 1st impression is the quality of the jacket exceeds my expectations for the price. So far, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Personally, this jacket hits the mark for it's intended use as a Summer jacket
I had recently purchased and immediately returned the Nomad Ironborn Biker Jacket sold here on Amazon. It was returned because the jacket's baggier cut was not personally appealing and in my opinion falls more in line as a 3 season jacket for those with a "few beers on the weekend" kind of build in the midsection. That jacket is a baggier, larger, warmer jacket overall.I am mid-sixties in age. Stand at 5'9 - 175lbs, slightly broader in the shoulders, with a true 44 inch chest and size 32 waist when wearing my Levis jeans. In my estimation, this jacket would be most appreciated by those that prefer a a less generous cut with the sweet spot size wise being 175 - 185 pound, 44-45 chest, 32-34 waist range, when used as a late Spring/ Summer/ Early Fall, option. Those with a build at the larger size of that range will probably find the jacket to be a true form-fitting jacket. Where a sweatshirt could still fit underneath. But with some tightness across the upper back when riding. Those similar to my build, might find it to be a "very happy with the fit" offering, when wearing only a tee. To a even more perfect "Goldilocks" kind of of a fit when worn with a sweatshirt, or possibly a sweatshirt/ tee combination underneath. Those with a 42 to 43 inch chest, as well as a smaller than 32 inch waist, might in my opinion find the jacket to be just a bit on the larger size. That has them thinking of trying a medium to see if that was preferred.Color wise, what is described by the manufacturer to be a light gray, is in to me personally, best described as a dull, "dirty white" that has a slightly warm -- more sand-- undertone to it. As opposed to an actual gray.At $69 dollars I feel the jacket is a well made, bargained priced option. That along with the build quality and cut, could possibly be considered on par with what one might be willing to pay up to approximately $89 t0 $109 for... But at that higher price, I would feel that the jacket would have to prove itself to be durable over a longer term than the one or two seasons I personally expect from an offering in the cheaper $59 -$69 price range. So if this jacket does give more than a season or two of regular use I would consider it a great value. The jacket is very light weight. With "good enough quality wise" body armor and a very breathable mesh construction both front and rear. I personally do not use back body armor in my summer riding gear, as ventilation is a priority for me and the foam back bad can somewhat defeat that purpose. My concern for having the padding in my jacket is more for protection of the elbows and shoulders.

So Close...
I ordered this jacket in a Medium because I like my gear to fit more snug than loose. I am 5'10" 175 lbs, 41" chest, 32" waist and am happy with the fit, though the sleeves could be about an inch longer for me. Waist adjustment belts do a good job and the jacket flows air well, though some of the waterproof pockets block some airflow. Jacket feels substantial enough for the price, though the cordura sections are thinner than cordura sections on a similar Joe Rocket jacket I have, though both are rated as 600 denier. The main reason for my three star rating is that the position of the armor is way off for my body, at least. The elbow armor carriers are way to high on the arm, causing the armor to cover the elbow and the tricep, versus the elbow and forearm. The shoulder armor is rotated to far toward the back. In the riding position this causes the front edge of the shoulder armor to just hit the top of my shoulder, with the rest of the pad on my upper back/shoulder blade area. I wanted to like this jacket more; it vents very well and has a nice clean look, but the pad positioning doesn't give me much confidence in the armor being in the right place when needed. I tried switching pads with some others I have, but since the carriers are sewn in and not adjustable, there wasn't much change. My next idea is to order one of Wicked Stock's armored shirts and wear it with this jacket (w/o it's armor), but then I've doubled the price of my bargain jacket and could have bought a "name brand..."
