They smell bad , but with water in your mouth it goes down easy.

No quarrel with the product, which I've been taking to alleviate symptoms of peripheral neuropathy in a foot (the vitamin B6 component; it seems to be helping).Doses of the individual B vitamins are in some cases lots more than one needs and are going to end up going out as unused, expensive bright yellow urine. The highest dosages are for vitamins which don't have an established upper limit, but it still would be wise to exhibit caution and not (for instance) exceed the recommended amount or take with a multivitamin already high in B complex vitamins. The major concern would be overdoing niacin (a symptom of taking too much is skin flushing) or vitamin B6 which can _cause_ nerve damage, though this has been reported in dosages way higher than what one of these pills supplies.When in doubt, check with your physician.
