For the price it's excellent! I'm only using this for celery juice and you have to make it fresh every morning. That being said it took 35 min to take it out, assemble it and set it up, get out the celery, cut it and wash it and then make 4 cups of juice. Plus also washing it drying it and putting it back in the cabinet. I did hand wash it and I did dry it and the picture shows I put all the pieces in a little basket. It's so much easier that way since Everything's not totally dry I don't want to actually put it back together right away. This does jam around the 2 cups of juice mark. That's totally reasonable. You just got to pop it apart real quick and scrape off the celery fibers. I mean it's celery everything jams with celery. As long as you have a relatively small rubber scraper and a measuring cup (if you're gonna make more than 2 cups of juice), you're pretty much good. If you don't mind that there's still some juice left in the pulp this is very quick. If you do mind, in advance, you get a couple of mesh bags lined up in a bowl and when you are done juicing, you take all the pulp, put it into your mesh bags and squeeze. For 4 cups of juice. I got about another half a cup from that pulp it's up to you if that's important. I would imagine for other things it probably does much better, but the celery fibers are just difficult. Overall four out of five stars just because there is some juice left in the pop but I've got a juicer that's over $300 and it doesn't work as good as this and it's so much harder to clean and put together and this one comes with a little brush, and it really does the trick cleaning that mesh screen, it will get crusty so you need to rinse it off of the mesh screen within say 10 minutes of being done.

Amazing Juicer

I gave this machine away almost immediately. I only had to use this juicer once to realize that it’s way under powered. It went through the softer fruits and vegetables like it should but when I put in carrots, it stalled.

To start out, the order was processed and delivered quickly. I received the product in a discreet box. The box contained everything, pulp catcher, juice cup and lid, a brush to clean the metal screen, and a user manual with many languages.I read the manual before setting up the machine and again as I was using the machine.The machine is quite small, about the size of my Rice cooker.Right off the bat a noticeable design flaw is the Juice cup! The cup itself is much taller than its supported "max volume". While this might not seem like a design flaw, the "max" indicator is on the front of the cup, I operated the machine with the pulp bin to the left with the juice cup to the right and I could not see the indicated max level while using the machine.While using the machine, the machine would vibrate aggressively near the end of almost every piece of fruit. This vibration was caused by the machine slowing down and grabbing the last chunk into the pulp bin. If it wasn't for the suction cup feet, the machine might have knocked over the juice or fallen off the counter. Not only was this loud, it was wasting pieces of fruit. I started to notice the machine had an odor during operation. I stopped using it and requested a refund immediately with Amazon.Return went smoothly and simply, with amazon issuing my refund after I had delivered the item for return.After which Easehold Customer support Reached out about their product and was interested in assuring satisfaction with their product.If I had not returned the product to amazon, I am sure the company would uphold exceptional customer service to ensure purchase satisfaction with their product.I personally recommend contacting Eashold about any issues, before going through amazon for a return.

I purchased this juicer in January, really enjoyed it. I probably juice a couple of times a month to create my wellness shots. So I’m juicing things like peeled, lemons, peeled oranges, peel ginger, etc. and I absolutely loved everything about this machine. Until today! In the middle of juicing, I smell smoke just a little faint smell of smoke. Stop the machine, checked everything out and when I went back to juicing, it no longer works on power one but power two still works. Disappointing! only has a 30 day guarantee 😟 I’m guessing it’s a manufacturer issue.at this point. Bummer, I only owned it four months.

Be careful with using it frequently throughout the day, will overheat and stop working temporarily. No pulp ever and minimal fruit peel froth from juicing.

I got this for my mum on mother’s day last year and she used it to make fruit juice but turns out most of the fruit residue it puts aside has more juice in it than the original juice so we had to use a strainer to get the juice.
