Was crated and packed for an airdrop if need be, amazing packaging not a scratch on mine, instructions are spot on, had it working in about 30 minutes, had a buck ready to go and first time attempt was perfect. Can wait to get more sheets when back in stock.Note: I noticed some people have been getting a broken heating element or more and I received 4 replacements with mine, not sure if they are doing this now just to have a good customer experience etc.. They were individually boxed and were snug inside the packaging, I checked them all and no damage. Thank you VACUC3D. Mine also came with 10 each A3 .5mm and .3mm PETG sheets of clear. I ordered more but they were out with a lead time of January.

I love this machine so much. The only issue I had was upon arrival the ceramic heating elements that were already attached has broken in shipping. Thankfully the company had an extra set in the shipment so I replaced them, and when I contacted them, they shipped a replacement set. I would almost suggest that they don't ship this machine with the elements in place, since they are low-fire ceramic and can easily break traveling thousands of miles, even though it was packed in an excellent manner. It isn't that hard to wire up the elements. Just provide a wiring diagram and let people have to wire it when it arrives. It would save the company money having to replace broken elements. Regardless of this issue, the machine is awesome.

I received the machine with broken heaters because the shipping company didn’t pay any attention to the warning labels on the crate,that there was a machine and glass inside the crate.I contacted the vendor and they sent new replacement heaters .Very good company and awesome product.

This is a prepared company. They know that in shipping the Bulbs will break and so they supply you with NEW replacements right out the box. No need to wait for an order.The crate that it comes in is the best part sturdy well built and you can reuse it for storage. Have seen videos on this and it's impressive to say the least. I hope they continue to make LARGER machines that are garage setup friendly. This machine will get used and might purchase a second one in the near future! I suggest this to anyone serious about Vacuum Forming. The quality is A+++++++

Went to return it and Amazon said keep it. Now we have a big land fill item.The manufacturer should never ship with the heat lamps installed. All broken on arrival. Spares in the box, but no instructions and some of the insulation already broken. Feel bad for the producer who ships this from China.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this machine for about a month now and I love it! I use it for making visors for my cosplay helmets amongst other things! Machine comes with 3 spare heating elements that are easy to change should one get broken in shipping and machine comes very well packaged and easy to setup straight out the box. Highly recommend this product!

The machine works well. Fast shipping.NOTE: Inspect the heating elements before use. Half of mine broke in transit, but thankfully the supplier shipped ours with a full set of replacements. Easy enough to replace, but if you start up the heating cycle with a broken heater you might have some problems.

The A3 Vacucu3D vacuum former pleasantly surprised me. I was not expecting such a well built machine. No plastic parts. This is a machine that will last. It arrived well crated and protected. I am glad I purchased this vacuum former as the price I paid is well worth what I received. Customer service has been great to work with as well. It took me about 5 tries to dial in the settings for a successful form. I am Very happy with this purchase.
