We ship with Shipstation. We had a handheld barcode scanner that always timed out and it was a pain for packing slips. This works so much better for that application!

Customer/Technical Support not very Supportive!!!!
Ordered the scanner and received ok. The product over looks good. Nice compact design and fuctionality seems very good until you need to customize the operations. The programming book supplied with the product is very limited, but probably is suffcient for most apllications. But......if you need more comprehensive scanner operations you need to contact support to furnish codes. They initially respond requesting additional information, and when you send such information you never hear anything back. I have repeatly emailed my contact at support and have been ignored......If you need help or want to program for a specific application this might not be your prodcut.

Takes ages to scan if ever
You have to have the barcode in some mythical perfect position for it to even read that is if it ever gets around her eating it because you just stand there forever holding still waving it around turning it around trying everything you humanly can to get it to read a barcode and yet it just sits there. This is the most useless thing I have ever purchased.
