After a few weeks of taking these pills, I can notice a slight improvement in my memory and focus. I would probably have better results if I remembered to take them twice a day every day. Go figure! I keep forgetting to take the pills that will help with memory! I'm not sure at this point if the pills have actually made a difference, so I will try to continue adding results with time.As for the pills themselves, they are a small caplet that is about the size of a Mike & Ike (candy). I really like the size of the pill because it is easy to swallow. Also it does not have an after taste or cause burping like some vitamins do. It does not feel like a stimulant either, and I don't feel a boost of energy after taking these.The bottle suggests to take one before breakfast and one before dinner. I have not had any adverse effects with taking these pills alone. I have also taken them along with a colon cleanse pill from CVS (2 large supplements) and did not have any side effects then either. However, when I took these pills in combination with a thermogenic diet pill, I got sick and didn't keep the pills down. The diet pill warned that mixing certain other vitamins and supplements could have that effect, so just be careful how you mix these.

I am 59 years old and I start at least 10 years ago having problems to remember information like names or material that I studied a couple days before. ( I am still forgetting where I put the car's key ) I have been taking Brain Memory for the last 6 month and I surprise myself when the information pups up in my head without effort which I really appreciate because it make my life easier and I am getting better grades in college.

I could tell that my short term memory, ability to remember number sequences, phone numbers, PC commands, etc improved after using over a month.

Have only been taking for 30 days to soon to give results of this product.

Good ingredients but extremely expensive. I'm going to look for a cheaper version.

After about 2 months of taking this I am starting to feel much more alert and experience less forgetful times!

Subtle, but effective. You need to take it for a couple months for full effect.
