Easy read but full of information
A very concise but informative overview of a number of diseases. Dr. Teitlebaum is known for his work with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I got this to research for a friend, and one of the things I like about it is how quickly he gets to the "meat" of the matter. It actually helps me hold on to the important points when they are not weighed down by verbiage. His writing style is friendly and sympathetic too, and he directs you to an online quiz which I found most interesting. I didn't know how much my friend would be willing to read, given she is suffering with fibromyalgia and this is perfect. I hope it will give her hope. I want to buy more for more friends who are new to alternative treatments.

ReaL CAUSE & REAL CURE
The book is very good for it explains basic facts about human body & what is required to maintain the body in good condition,it is must read for everybody, in fact I would recommed the book as part of school curriculam.I am a chronic sinuses patient, funny thing is, this American doctor had to remind me that this problem had been solved 5000yrs ago in Ayurveda through NETI POT(warm brine solution through the nostral)after doing neti pot cleaning the results are amazing.M S MANI

My favourite "health bible"
I have had to repurchase this book several times because of giving it away to loved ones - absolutely indispensable. I love Teitelbaum's "comprehensive medicine" approach - the reader gets to benefit from his knowledge in traditional as well as holistic medicine and is given practical, easy to follow, and no nonsense advice and explanations.Everyone should have one of these on their bookshelf!

Refreshing & Insightful
I have been interested in alternative/natural healing for over 15 years. I found "Real Cause, Real Cure" an insightful book. I particularly like the consistent format. A lot of the information was familiar but I didn't find the book boring since I kept finding little nuggets of new information. I commend the authors for covering "Happiness Deficiency" as one of the nine causes of diseases and for treating people as more than physical bodies.
