Proline 117013 Trencher 2.8" All Terrain Tires Mounted for Electric Stampede/Rustler, Pair

Pros: The trenchers look great and have outstanding traction.Cons: poorly written product description, says this part# tire is for stampede however you will find that it will not work properly for stampede 4x4 you need to get part number 117012. I had to call the manufacture to find out the difference between these 2 part numbers. The only difference is the offset of the rim which allows for wider spacing on the sampede 4x4 to give room for your shock protectors and prevent rubbing during hard turns. I'm sure this part # will work fine on the stampede 4x2 .

The best tires you can get for your traxxas Renegade. Wow, these things have gripping power! They are a larger diameter than the stock tires too, so there is actually an increase in top speed!

Not enough words to describe the grip you get with these.For all you short course trucks and even 4x4ers this is a good bash and thrash tire.Do make sure your [slipper clutch] is set accordingly.

These rear tires are great I can climb big curbs and plow through almost any tall grasses now. They only get 4 stars because the price is too high and the description was terrible. No where did it specify whether they were front or rear, except in a comment. I accidentally bought the front first and I only needed rears but I kept all four because you know they rock.

Great upgrade for my 2WD electric Stampede. Please know these are for the rear of the 2WD electric Stampede and 117012 is the part number for the fronts. The stock tires were very slippery on pavement, these hook up great.I can now go full throttle from a slow roll and take off straight. These seem to be a little taller than the factory tires, which is OK with me because I think the truck looks pretty mean with these wheels and tires. I recommend these!

These tires suck the hub striped right away. I thought my differential was bad instead these tires stripped and wasn't spinning

I'm very happy with these tires. My Stampede 4x4 VXL handles better and has a lot better traction. You might want to loosen your slipper clutch if you still have stock driveshafts. These things grip the pavement so well that I was able to wheelie for as long as I held down the trigger but I started breaking rear yokes, half shafts and stub axles. Also, if you have a 4x4 I'd recommend buying two sets of the 117012. The offset will widen the front and rear and you'll be able to rotate your tires to manage thread wear.

My stock tires (those that came with the car) "feel apart" early, possibly due to driver error and abuse. I bought these tires in hopes of them holding up longer. So far with my error and abuse they are doing great.
