Just a print on wafer.
They are cute but very obvious that it is just a photo printed on edible wafer. A good deal for the money.

Slightly off-print but otherwise great
I recently finished a cake and wished I had some leaves for it. When I saw these, I ordered them immediately so that I have them next time. The leaf print is realistic and the green is a nice color, maybe a tad bluer than realistic, but definitely passable. They are a little off center printed so they will need a bit of trimming but that is an easy fix. They look like really thin Styrofoam but I ate one and they are definitely not. They melt pretty quickly and are sweet but flavorless. I am pleased with them and look forward to using them on my next cake. The bottoms are white white though so they will have to be strategically placed.
