The blades are pretty sharp and I don’t foresee them going dull anytime soon. A bit hard to clean but I Will buy again

Unless you're planning on creating huge amounts of pasta-like veggies, I don't see any reason not to buy this handy little guy in stead of a much more expensive and space-consuming device. It's very quick and I'm happy with the end product. Easy way to mix it up a bit with your dinner/lunch vegetables, and they look impressive for company. It is a tiny bit cumbersome to clean, but that's hardly worth mentioning considering the cost and effectiveness.One tip: Spiralizing (is that a word??) zucchini or other squashes works much better if you don't cook them AT ALL. Just add them at the end of your recipe and the heat of the other food is all you need. As soon as you cook them just a bit, they tend to get mushy.The photo here is a vegetable omelet.
