The Best Fly Line I Own
I'm a cheapskate when it comes to equipment-- and I would never pay more than fifty bucks for a fly line. (Rather the price was much less, if I can still get good quality.) I've bought some dud lines, which I retire for salt water use, and also some pretty good cheap lines, which sorta met my needs in river casting. But a few weeks ago I bought a PISCIFUN SWORD weight forward fly line for a refurbished rod I just acquired and, well --- it works BEAUTIFULLY. Low memory, silky smooth, and casts super. No joke, this was the BEST line I've ever owned, so I'm writing this review because I just bought my second one for a different reel. No, I am NOT being paid for this review. I'm just telling you, if top quality at a reasonable price means something to you, THIS is the line to get.Straight lines, guys.

True to weight line!!
Really impressed; wanted an actual 7 weight line for my 7 weight rod, so many of my name brand lines are great but 1/2 to 3/4 heavier weight than what they’re rated at. My 7 wt rod doesn’t load up properly when overlined and I couldn’t be more pleased with this line for that purpose, a true to weight line that casts well and throws a tight loop. Who knows if it will be as durable as the other brands but for this price it’s great and I have a 7, 8 and 9 wt so only use my 7 wt rod about 1/3 of the time anyway. I bet it lasts years as I always rinse the line and reel with warm freshwater in the sink when I get home.

Good, smooth casting fly line
Ordered the 6wt floating line and spooled it on a Sage Spectrum C 5/6 and mounted to a 10ft Echo Lago 6wt and it casts better than some $99 fly lines I use. I wanted line that casts easily from a kayak in creeks and rivers crowded with tree falls, Spanish moss and cypress trees. I have used several versions of Piscifun fly lines and they seem handle high temperature waters in our Florida lakes and some of our 68 degree cold springs easily. Quality line that doesn’t bust a C-note

Couldn’t be happier.
I recently purchased the Piscifun Sword Fly Fishing Line with Welded Loop, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The line itself is excellent—smooth, durable, and casts beautifully on the water. The welded loop is a fantastic feature, making it incredibly easy to attach to the leader without any hassle. It's clear this product is crafted with care and precision.

Great product at super price!
I took my fly rod/reel which had just been spooled up with this Pisci 5W line out for a swim today. Like so many others I scoffed at the quality based on the price but figured I'd try the Sword line anyway and man am I glad I did. I'm new to flyfishing but am experimenting with this; " does the fly line price and or quality really matter"?Well, the astounding answer is "Yes", and Pisci delivers the goods. I had no trouble with memory, the line spooled off the reel perfectly. My casts ended where I pointed them, and frankly I will suggest that this line is on the same level as many other higher costing brands such as SA, Rio, etc in terms of mid priced lines, not the Amplitude or Gold premium offerings.I'm sold on Piscifun (I believe it's pronounced pea-sea...Latin is a dead language and I speak English so take that for what it's worth).Piscifun is producing quality products at very reasonable prices and the customer reeps the benefit.Thank you Piscifun for making fly fishing gear affordable for the average guy/gal.PS I also own their cnc machined reel which is also of a higher quality, it's aluminum and not plastic. Che c k them out as well.

Line damaged after a few uses
UPDATE: Seller did contact me and offer me a refund. I appreciate the great customer service!I was ready to give this product a great review but after just a few uses, the line has started to deteriorate. Casts great, floats great, although welded loop is not coated like higher end lines making it get caught on the guides. All of those things would be okay when you consider the price, but the line falling apart after 3-4 days on the water ruins it for me. I’ll be purchasing the expensive line now. Lesson learned.

Good quality for a reasonable price.
For a fairly new fly fisherman, this has worked great. I primarily fish for smallmouth and other fairly aggressive fish that are not particularly shy. Works well with my rudimentary casting skills.
