THE SIMPLE THINGS CAN BE THE BEST!
Ok....I am in my sixties and my friends now have grandchildren. WHOA! Where did the time go? But what do you get for the little ones nowadays? As my friends and I chatted, we realized that some of the toys that we grew up with are still out there. And for a toddler who is too small for computer games, these toys from OUR childhood would be just fine. The yo-yo's and the blocks and the pick-up-sticks and the jacks and the "WOOLY WILLY." From 1955 to 2013, this is a winner and is still fun for a little one. No parts to pick up. Nothing harmful. A tad creative in making hair and mustaches on Willy's face, too. A great stocking stuffer and an add-on gift that will give hours of fun.

Inexpensive and entertaining toy for my grandkids.
This was an item for the grandkid’s toy box at my house. My grandkids are 1 1/2, 3,4, and 5. They all took a turn playing with it and no mess involved. Love this toy that I remember from my childhood

Magnet is not very strong
This is a great childhood toy, but it is a smaller version than the one I was used to.Manufactory suggest age is 4, but my 3 year old loves to play moving the metal shavings around.Great toy to teach about magnets and to improve fine motor skills.Cons: the magnetic pen that comes with it is not very strong and does not move the metal shavings around very well, making a little difficult to create different hair do's.

Not good quality
I did not return the item but, it seemed to have some issues overall when it was manufactured. It was also bent when I received it so, it doesn’t lay flat. There’s a crease in the area where the magnetic pieces are which makes it hard to use.

Great nostalgia for us old kids!
We had these as kids growing up in yhe 70s and loved them, so I got one for my brother as part of a Christmas gift this year. I swear he got tears in his eyes before he gave me the best brother hug ever! Brings back good memories and all the kids wanted to play with it too. That's when the brother I remember came back with, "how does it feel to want?". Just like the original. I'm glad I didn't pass it by. (He also loved the Evel Knevil video).

Great fun in the past just as now
These were favorites of mine when I was a kid and the same for my children. So I’m buying now for my grandkids. I’m sure they’ll feel the same.

Not How I Remember It To Be
Disappointing. It really did not work well. The magnet wasn't strong enough.

Child hood memory brought back to life for a cancer patient.
When chemo takes your hair away--this is a fun memory to bring a chuckle and probablya few hours of entertainment for an adults and especially kids.
