I was honestly surprised by how well this ab stimulator worked. I’ve used it awhile now and noticed increased core activation, improved muscle tone. It's easy to use, the settings are adjustable, and it fits comfortably. I was skeptical buying this belt due to other purchase of similar items that work for a moment and then eventually died out quickly. This belt is amazing! It not only works really well. It has different levels and I love the timer that you are able to change times and it doesn't run just for a certain amount of time. The belt is large so you can use it on all different body parts and it is easy to clean. It really works. I love to use it in conjunction with workouts and you cannot beat the price!

So far, it's been three weeks. So far, I like it!Setting expectations is important, and it's important to note that by themselves, muscle stimulators don't do much of anything for weight loss. However, they DO tend to improve the strength and tone of the muscles they target. Abs are notoriously difficult to work properly without risking back injury, so this serves as both a good workaround and a way to get one's core to a point where it becomes easier to maintain proper form. While knocking out a set of crunches isn't something I'll ever remember to do on the daily, it's incredibly easy to strap on a belt for 20 minutes while, say, checking emails and social media before work, or maybe while reading before bed, or while playing video games. And it's gotten to a point where 2-3 times a day doesn't feel at all unreasonable.As for drawbacks, the main one is finding the comfort level. The product comes with a little water spray bottle perfect for applying a light mist. If the skin contact is too dry, it'll produce a hot burning sensation long before any muscles are stimulated. If it's too damp, there's a stinging sensation like being snapped with rubber bands or stabbed with needles. Find the ideal level, and there's only a vibrating sensation and the pressure of muscle contraction.In my case, a light mist on clean skin seems to produce ideal contact; individuals can and do vary. Too many reviewers seem to be building up their pain tolerance more than muscle tone, and could easily be using higher settings if they stopped and took a moment to either apply a mist or wipe off excess water before starting over. If it's hurting the skin, you're probably doing it wrong. Admittedly however, this took a fair bit of trial and error to discover, and I'm glad there were other reviewers who pointed this out.However, once one discovers the ideal contact situation, the rest is smooth sailing. Comfortable, easy to use, and it complements just about any other exercise regimen one might have going on.While I'm curious about how comfortable and effective other ab stimulators might be right out of the box with no additional required learning curve, not having to change expensive contact pads on the regular has been a huge plus.

The belt arrived on time and exactly as described. I followed the directions and gave it a try. Initially, it was a bit uncomfortable—probably because I don’t work out much. One big reason I chose this model is that it doesn't require replacement pads, and that’s been a huge convenience and cost-saver. I use it regularly. I really appreciate the different modes and intensity options—it gives a lot of variety. The pulsating effect is strong and effective. Overall, I’m happy with the product and excited to see how things progress long term.

First of all i just wanna say, i do not work for this company..i am not a spokes person nor am i advertising in any way..i am just mary off the street simply sharing my results. I saw this product all over my Facebook feed so i decided to try it..i had my daughter 3 years ago and i am just now loosing all of my baby weight and intead of buying all new clothes i am trying to fit in all my old ones 😂😂...i am 5'2 and 115 pound, my final way in before birth was 175 so i have a lot of loose skin and belly fat. My results so far are pretty impressive. I am going to say i do wear this belt a lot..about 5 hours a day..i will not share my settings just because i have them set pretty high and i am very tolerate and used to the belt. I started off very low and increased as i went along..i do not wear this belt driving or sitting down, i used to ,but it seemed to curl up the very end so i only waer it standing up right and if i have to bend over i squat a little lol..first i spray a lot of water with the bottle it comes with for good contact than i simple use my sweat the rest of the day..dunno if every belt is the same, but my seems to turn off every 15 to 20 minutes..probably because you're only supposed to wear it 15 minutes a day 🙄 i tried the sticky kind and even tho i did like that it seemd to target all 6 of my abs at once it didn't stay on very well. This belt is comfortable and easy to hide under a t shirt..in my experience it doesn't feel like the belt targets all 6 of my abs so i rotate my thru out the day..top 2 abs, middle abs and than lower abs..again i will not share my settings just because everyone is different! I love this thing!! I am definitely seeing results and i plan on wearing it the full 30 days..more photos to come. I really hope it works for you guys the way its working for me!
