I discovered Trent Shelton by accident, when he popped up live on my Facebook timeline. At first I asked myself, is this guy for real?I’ve been lost since my husband died 14 months ago, stuck in grief, not knowing what direction to take. I was married 47 years, I’m 67 years old. His words were like a royal kick in the ass. Motivated me to make some serious decisions, and move forward. He’s inspired me to live my life. Everyone suffers through difficulties and huge losses. The purpose behind this book is good- to be a better you. What you should take into mind is the age you are and where you are in your life when reading this book.In the initial chapters he asks you what your purpose is. This is a deep question that many do not know the answer to. The rest of the book builds on knowing your purpose and becoming better because of it.If you already know your purpose this book would be good for you. If you are in the beginning of your journey there needs to be a “how to...” section. It’s hard to get the full effect of the book if you cannot answer the main question of this book: what is your purpose?If you’re at that point in your life you will love this book, but if you are younger and still figuring out life it is just an average read that gives you no further advice on finding your purpose as this book is built on the assumption you already have.

Trent SheltonJust his name sums it up for me. He has a message that the world needs to hear! Not only is he addressing others, but through his own life experience, he teaches and inspires you to take a look within yourself. His journey is so awesome. I have personally followed him since he started. There isn't a day that goes by where I check him out or catch him LIVE. His soul is on fire and it's contagious!! I'm forever grateful for the courage it has taken for him to BE REAL! If you are following you understand the meaning behind the hashtags!! REHAB time! See his heart ... TRUST ME... Trent is an amazing speaker and author whose passion is contagious! This book is so well written and gives you the tools you need to become The Greatest You. I highly recommend this book and also watching Trent's videos. It will change your life!

I've been watching this videos for a very long time and they have helped me in my life I saw his book and thought it was time that I ventured further his book is just as good as his videos but you must understand while he can help you with his words of wisdom it's you that needs to do the help we have starts with you only you and help you only you and guide you obviously his words of wisdom from guide you to but just remember you have to do the hard work I hope many people get the help they need just like I did for his videos and his books good luck and all the best

A truley inspirational and heartfelt book that will give you a completely different outlook on how to bring out the best in yourself when you think you've nothing left.

This book will be the first book I read in 2020. I've watched Trent on facebook throughout this year and he has helped me. Buy this book!!!

I really didn't enjoy it. Very repetitive and not what I expected. He's believes in God, but other people have different faiths, so didn't fit in with me.

This book is absolutely amazing this guy has helped me not just in the book but on his facebook page including videos. I would highly recommended the book.
