RIDGE WASHER Pressure Washer Hose 50 Feet X 3/8 Inch for Hot and Cold Water, with M22 14 mm to 3/8 Inch Quick Connect, 4000 PSI

After about 12+ years, the original hose on my pressure washer finally gave out. I came searching on Amazon for a replacement and was instantly overwhelmed with the different options. I chose this one based on reviews, price, and overall description. I can say that it lives up to everything I was expecting so far.Some thoughts and notes:-The hose is heavy duty, and heavy. This is a good thing since some of the other hoses look weak and not as durable-This hose is a bit hard to uncoil, but once you have it laid out straight, it doesn't coil back up or kink and is great to use, move around, and not worry about kinking or issues-The end connectors fit perfectly onto my existing pressure washer, and spray gun-For storage, you need to coil it back up otherwise it will be all over the place. It only takes me about a minute to coil it back up nicely for storage. Once coiled, it holds its shape extremely well and hangs nicely for storage.So far I've used this about 4 times for a few hours total, but it has performed great, and I really like it a lot. The only test that is left is longevity. My last hose lasted over a decade, it would be amazing if this one does too.For now, I RECOMMEND THIS HIGHLY. I'll update this review if my feelings change or if issues arise, or if it breaks.

Just what my pressure washer needed!

I never leave comments but I have to let everyone know. 100ft 3/8 hose. I should’ve been bought this hose. It doesn't get tangled up when you turn the water pressure on. It doesn’t leak and it looks nice. I have a 3200psi 2.5gpm Honda pressure washing.

The red protector on the reel side + the quick connector (shown) + M22 to NPT (had to purchase adaptor,) make the hose stick out 3" beyond the reel. I had to zip tie it to the reel handle to clear everything as it spins. Try not to use adaptors on the real (because of the length.) The reel comes with a 90° NPT to put ur hose right to it through the reel hole. Not only does this rig go into the reel 3", but the rubber to twist the M22 Quick adaptor sets right in the hole. There's no room to finger turn it.Having said that the hose is made very well with nice materials. I wanted the quick connects for quick and easy field repairs. Now I wish I would've done a 75' NPT Hose with a 25' (Leader) wih quick connects. Cheaper to replace 25' hoses.

"Appeared" to be durable enough. I used it once last year, and once this year. When I went to use it again it blew out. Rusty, rotted iron lining inside.... Not Good - Not Safe. Ended up cutting my hand on the metal sticking out from the hose. BEWARE!!! My pressure washer only puts out 2800 PSI.This is exactly why I don't rush to give reviews.You can see that the hose is virtually brand new still...Total Garbage. Notice that it failed right where it says "China".Be safe - Be Satisfied - BUY AMERICAN!

The harbor freight pressure washer I have came with a plastic hose that eventually ruptured. This is a far better hose. It is heavy, and if I don't keep the soap reservoir full of water on the front it will tip over backward due to the weight of this hose hanging on the handle. Completely worth it though, I can now reach all the way around the cars and the hose is much easier to handle than the stiff plastic was. This resembles a hydraulic hose in the way it is made, which seems very heavy duty. Does not kink but is flexible enough to use easily.
