Dorman 800-863 Fuel Line Compatible with Select Ford Models

Same as factory much cheaper in price. They are a bear to get the quick connects apart took me quite awhile. I ended up cutting the old steel tubing a few inches from the quick connects. I then pulled the flexible lines up and out of the bracket. I could then work on easier over the fender. No way if they are rusted as mine to get them apart underneath. Remove the four bolts on the alternator power steering pump bracket after removing serpentine belt. I just let belt hang then pulled the large bracket away from motor. This will give you just enough room to get fuel lines down through opening.

Good quality line. Bent Shape is perfect. The other reviews say that the fitting size is wrong... What I found durring install is that the fuel bowl side of the line does not fit into the fitting on the fuel bowl. The problem is not the fitting size, but The flared part of the line. On these lines, the flared part of the line is too big. It looks like the flare tool flared the material out too far. Few minutes with a file and they fit fine. Still worth the money vs factory ford lines. 1999 f250 7.3

Not needed and sent it back because it arrived late.

It took me 5 hours to change these fuel lines but nonetheless the fuel line were flawless and the bends matched the factory lines perfectly.

Fit was pretty close but material is soft enough to bend slightly to match well. Galvanized coating (maybe just silver paint) looks suspect. I wouldn't expect this to last as long as the original.

Didn’t quite fit into the bowl like the OEM one did but doesn’t leak so it works good enough.

I had to cut the pipe in half. One side Work and the other didn't. So when I finish the job only one line work.. Very frustrated....
