Useful but worm gear jams
I'm a plumber and use wrenches alot. The cloth pouch that these wrenches come in was a nice little bonus for keeping things together and organized. The wide opening and deep pointed jaws allowed for simple but versatile uses. The small wrench was able to be used in application where you would need a larger jaw but in smaller spaces and the larger wrench was good where you need that extra tork. The only complaint I have was that the jaws would sometimes jam on a nut when putting down hard tork, Usually the larger wrench, making it difficult to to remove from nut but once removed adjustments would just fine. Some wd helped reduce the occurence but didnt solve this problem. To loosen the jammed gear I would use a pair of channel locks to get a grip on the gear, and twist the gear back to free the pressure from nut. For the price it is not a bad set and would probably buy again. The inconvenience of the jamming might be of issue for some people so you might want to spend more on a wrench. But I've been happy and they definitely get their use. Found the little one really useful for working on waterheater.

6" stubby adjustment screw broke after a year and a half
Maxpower says their warranty is only 3-6 months and suggested I buy another set. When I replied that competitors' products came with lifetime or limited lifetime warranty and that I'd buy another brand instead they replied that theirs did not come with a lifetime warranty. IMO warranty information should be part of the product information on the page offering and a product that fails after relatively short term use demonstrates a manufacturing flaw.. These wrenches were quite useful when new but unfortunately the ones I received did not stand up to the rigors of regular use.

Oily but usable.
It arrived very oily which I guess is better than being dry and cranky. Also I didn't have an issue with how sturdy it is despite a good amount of reviews calling it shaky and such. Mine seems pretty sturdy like any other in my experience.

Use it everyday, excellent tool.
I keep this in my back pocket, I use it constantly. I had the stanley version for about a year, but it was not as robust and the upper jaw snapped off. This forging is a lot heavier duty. This tool makes my life so much easier! I always have a hammer, pry bar, and adjustable wrench with me!

Great customer service
These wrenches, especially, the 6 inch one are my favorite wrenches in my large collection of tools. The seller responded quickly with a new 6 inch wrench when it broke on me. Thanks

Stubby and sturdy
They have a wide range and deep jaws. Stubby design let's you get into tight places. An even shorter one would be great.

Cheaper than bahco and just as good
Exactly what I expected, I had bahco wide mouth adjustables and these are just as good but cheaper

Bait and switch maxpower
Bait and switch. Ordered a locking adjustable and got what you see in pic.

I expected better
These feel nice in the hand but ... they are poorly made, with far too much slop in the moveable jaw mechanism. I have 100 year old adjustable spanners that make these look like and feel like toys. It is almost tragic that we are capable of making tools to the highest specifications but all we do is manufacture off shore to a price and brands mean nothing.

Fine for the price
They are good enough. Not great, not trade quality for sure, but for DIY - removing that stubborn bath drain nut, for example - these tools are fine for the price. And it's silly that they come in their own tool pouch, which I discarded immediately. If you need these you already have a tool box or chest. And it didn't seem to be recyclable.

It broke after 2 months light use
Everything was going great, I used these at work. That was, until I went to tighten a nut using the larger wrench and the bottom jaw dropped off. As in, on to the floor while I was still holding the handle. The pin dropped out along with the bottom jaw and the pin won't resecure. It left me stuck on a job, I had to go off site to buy a replacement from a shop. Can't recommend

Awful
I would not wish these spanner’s on my worst enemy, or my apprentice.I didn’t think a spanner could be so bad.Gets stuck on fittings constantly due to the spindle being so poorly made along with the jaws :(

For those tight spots.
A tool you didn't realise you needed until you released that they item your trying to get too, your standard tools can't get to because they are just too big in the small space of access that you have. Overall a good quality product ,and built well for the job that it was designed for. No dislikes yet, will find out when I use them.
