Well, it works
The first one came cross threaded so when I slid in the first bit and tightened it, it was impossible to break loose. They sent a replacement and it does the job, the biggest issue I had was power, which I expected somewhat. This works best with a lot of very shallow passes. The flush trim bits aren't too useful seeing as you can't just run through a sheet of half inch plywood without it bogging down. But this does shine on edge profiles. If you intend to use it for round overs and chamfers you should be good.

Dismemberment waiting to happen
You get what you pay for and safety has no place in the minds of the people selling these. I should have taken it as a sign when I plugged it in and had the toggle switch turned to "off".. and it started up immediately - off=on and vice/versa.The collet was frozen in place (took a couple tries with different REAL tools, finally it was a 17mm wrench and 6" needle-nose vice grips that did the trick). The "tools" they provide are utter crap, basic stamped shapes that don't fit properly and bend when you try to use them. Not only is there no variable speed here.. not only is the on/off switch reversed... But no, there is no telling just how powerful this thing is... I've got nearly a decade of experience under my belt with tools like this and take it from me.. this thing is not meant to be used by hand. You can't control it past the first 20-30 seconds. Too powerful for a handheld tool, unbalanced, made dangerously, SERIOUSLY NOT WORTH IT!!Going to try to return but not holding out much hope (it's been a couple of months since purchase). Probably going to have to mount this and build a table for it.. or scrap it and turn it into a helicopter.

Good size for craft work
The only issue I have is, when free-handing, it is difficult to stay on track as the plastic plate doesn’t allow a good view of my lines, though it is clear. Like the size and power.

Plenty of power for the month, not so great quality control, awesome customer service!
UPDATED 26-May-2023: I RARELY update a rating purely based on customer service. I REFUSE to if a company pushes me to (even when they offer free stuff). TOTALLY UNETHICAL!Now to the heart of my update on this one. I can't believe how fast this seller responds. Compared to 90% of other sellers on Amazon I've dealt with it's unreal. They responded overnight every single time I contacted them with questions. They fully resolved the issue I had with my new router. Stunning. I still believe this version of the router has some very substandard parts on the foot (the router itself is great!) but I have to say the seller has been stellar. And customer service matters when so many do not stand behind their products. Well done THINKWORK. Well done, indeed._____________________I was worried this was going to be super cheaply made for the cost. I thought it would be underpowered at this price, but it feels solid and worked like a charm edging some pine desktops I needed. The little cam cog that is used to adjust the depth was cracked upon receipt. It was not a shipping thing, it's really thin and cheap. Also, the screw heads in the foot are SHARP. I didn't notice and it wound up scarring one of my projects irreparably. Really bad. I'm still going to use the board, but I can't use it for finished work now. I bought and replaced the screws with flat ones. $80 down the drain for that nice piece of pine.Again, I was pleasantly surprised at the feel of moving it and the smoothness of the included bits, but those QC issues shouldn't have happened, even at this price.
