DO NOT BUY!!!
This rating makes you give it at least one star, but I didn’t want to give it any stars! I purchased this product for my daughter. She put it together, and the bar it came with to hang the clothes from was so flimsy, she he’d to zip tie it to the top of the frame so it wouldn’t collapse. She finished asssembling it, put some of her clothes on it and went to bed. She heard a loud cracking sound, turned , and saw the whole rack totally crack and fall apart. This rack is very poor quality, so please don’t waste your money!

Very good
I was looking for something that was not only practical to meet my requirements but also easy to assemble. I had planned initially to get a friend to help me assemble the rack but after reading through the instructions decided to try assembling it myself. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was for me to put together and had it up under 30 minutes all by my self. There was a point however that I wasn't to sure about but managed to figure it out hence the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Overall it is a good purchase and looks cute.

Rod Fits Into Holes, Sturdy, Great Design
This is a standard freestanding clothes-rack but it's different from the metal ones that I've seen and even tested. This rack, made of bamboo, is actually precision cut on the inside of the vertical rod-supports to have actual HOLES into which the clothing rod will fit. This is BRILLIANT.The problem with most of these racks, metal and even wood, is that the rod is attached via a screw that screws in from the side, from the outside of the vertical support, into each end. That makes for a wobbly set-up where clothing will pull the rod down too easily. Nothing can hold endless weight, but this rod is actually supported correctly by the inclusion of holes into which the rod fits. The rod itself is nice and sturdy and I'm really impressed by that.Additionally, because it has a top shelf that is placed on top of the vertical supports, you can actually use ties to add support to the rod by using little ties or straps that hang the rod from that shelf WHILE it is also inside the holes at either end. This set up will actually allow for you to use this as an extra closet, not just as a temporary rack. I love that. For kids in a room that doesn't have a closet this is especially amazing because of the depth. This isn't a 24 inch wide unit, so it works for adults but is PERFECT for kids because it doesn't take up so very much space. Oftentimes, these are deeper than they need to be and the rod won't hold very much clothing. This is not too deep, has a great width and height, and will actually hold a decent amount of clothing.I have rarely seen one with holes cut out, let alone one with holes and a top shelf added to that design. It's almost always a unit with a rod that is very poorly supported. This design is made to last, if you don't overload it, and it is fairly stable. I would have preferred four extra supports between the lower two shelves, to go in the four corners, but this is still great and I'm not knocking off a star for that. This is a five star rack, very well designed to keep the rod from falling down, which is always a problem with these things. I love it and I hope you will too. Good luck in your search.

OK Quality, But Not Stable - Needs Modifications
It’s always a good thing to check the measurements before ordering anything. Often items, especially furniture, appear larger in the photos than in real life. This has an odd size, and I say it’s more for kids than adults. Not only because of the physical size, also because of the weight of the clothes. The bamboo rod simply doesn’t have the right diameter to handle adult-size clothes. With 20mm it’s about the thickness of a broomstick. The product comes well packaged with all parts included and a usable manual to put it together. All parts are labeled with stickers. These are a bit too sticky, but a drop of furniture oil or WD-40 gets them off. The elements are straight, the cuts are precise, and the finish even. Only parts that are a bit rough, are the triangles to support the top rack. Structural support is literally the biggest weakness of this product. It’s not easy to stiffen up a framework this size. The six screws and two dowels are not enough to prevent side movement. There are a few ways to deal with this:- Don’t buy it. Out of the box it’s not good enough for normal use.- Add a metal rod (20mm) and a few metal corner brackets for extra support. One cheap way to replace the rod with a metal conduit from the hardware store.- Attach it to a wallI ended up using an x-brace on the back of the two lower racks. I had these lying around so they didn’t cost me anything extra. I don’t recommend this to anybody who is looking for a complete product. In the most positive way I would describe it as ‘pre-fabbed’. I took a few photos. I hope it helps to make a decision.

Nightmare assembly: Mis-labeled parts and sparse instructions
I found the product appealing and I am good at assembly and actually enjoy doing it. I was not expecting the sabotage of mis-labeled parts. The components of the main stucturual posts were mis-labeled. As I assembled the unit, more and more mismatches appeared. I thoughts the parts were mis-manufactured.The next morning I reviewed the partial assembly and the found the problem. With better instructions I would have found the problem sooner. A fail-safe.There is no excuse for mis-labeled components.

Flimsy, unstable
Really not a great product, not even at a low price. The clothes rack pole is soft wood and is really bowed.
