Love these! I thought it was fun and interesting to see how different the mixes are in each bag. My husband tried the Neapolitan when it arrived and declared it the best flavor in the bag; glad he feels that way since we got a ton of those this time! Very few huckleberry or licorice which I'm perfectly fine with. There were probably more Neapolitan and peppermint but since those are our favorite flavors, some of them mysteriously went missing before I could take the time to do this photo haha.We also received a couple of melted pieces but I don't really care about that. This is such a good price for delicious candy! A friend bought us a bag and we were totally hooked on it, so I was delighted to come here and find a huge bag at such a low price.

I was a little worried ordering this bulk of taffy after reading some reviews, but this taffy is AMAZING! So much variety of flavors and none were melted. (it’s summer) The taffy itself is well made and soft, the perfect consistency for taffy. 10/10 ☺️☺️

These taste so good that my household had then eaten within a few days. The entire bag. Will definitely be purchasing again as Christmas gifts

The 3lb bag arrived next-day with Prime, which felt like a win. Flavors are classic and fun, and the texture is satisfyingly soft and chewy. But---major sticky warning. A good chunk of the taffies were melted together into one rainbow-flavored frustration ball. Individually wrapped? Sure. Individually retrievable? Not always. I still gave it 4 stars: it’s tasty, nostalgic, and a great gift if you’re lucky enough to get a bag that wasn’t stored next to a volcano. One star off for the quality control. At this price, it shouldn’t be a taffy excavation.

I saw this assorted blend on the Sweets website but didn’t want to wait or pay the shipping and handling. The Amazon blend didn’t specify exactly which flavors came with it but it looked the same. Sadly, the pear flavor was not included in the Amazon blend but the rest were! Cinnamon, orange cream, banana, chocolate, Neapolitan, peppermint, black licorice, huckleberry and blue raspberry. There were also 3 plain white but I have no idea what they were supposed to be. It’s definitely not an even amoint among the flavors. You get what you get. But I think it’s a decent variety and a great way to try flavors. Now I can use this sampler to buy full bags of the flavors I like!

Update to earlier review. Bought a bag in Nov 2021 to have on hand for Christmas. The bag is full of mystery flavors. One purple one was licorice flavored. The other purple one was grape, I think. Most of them pretty much tasted all the same. I did find an apple that was actually green. There was absolutely NO correlation of color to flavor that could be relied on. Hardly any cinnamon or peppermint, not that you could tell because the colors were all wrong. Obviously it's a completely different product than what was ordered previously. Otherwise, the taffy was ok. Pieces were small and soft, but good grief... this is taffy CF in a bag.Have ordered this product a couple of times now. The first time, all was good apart from the fact that there are a LOT of licorice flavor in the bags. Now, I'm not sure what that is all about. I bought these for the office candy bowl and no one... I mean, NO ONE at my place of work likes the licorice flavor and now that it's come up... The only person I know who does like it, is my mother (I should have sent them to her). Anyway, not sure why the taffy companies insist on putting a heap of these in each bag because we just ended up throwing them out after they sat on the communal food table for about a month with not a single one taken -- that's a feat in a facility with 700 employees and most of them construction workers.But I digress... so the first bag had a handful of licorice flavor, the second bag... we had more of those than any other flavor and so the bag was sadly deflated when we picked them all out and threw them away. The second bag had also seen some hard times. Clearly it had gotten quite hot at some point and some of the candies had basically melted and seeped out of the wrapper which basically resulted in a very sticky mess when I opened the bag. I live in Florida, but the weather here had been mild that week and they weren't left outside long after delivery... maybe the mail truck? I don't know, but you might want to rethink if you are having these delivered to a warmer climate.As for the taffy itself. Very good. Soft, tasty with easily recognizable flavors and seemed quite fresh. I would order again, but really would like to see a lot less (or none) licorice flavor.UPDATE: Placed an order again this fall for taffy (Nov 2018). Only one candy had any seepage, but again, in a 3 lb bag, more than 8 oz of taffy were licorice flavored. :( There are 10 flavors and I weighed every one. Licorice was by far the most prevalent flavor with most colors right about 4 oz of each and one with 6 oz. Otherwise, candy was fresh, soft and tasty.

This salt water taffy tastes really good. Unfortunately the whole bag of candy is stuck together with taffy on the outsides of the wrappers. I read that in a review but I was hoping my bag would not be like that. It is worse than I imagined it could be. We started trying to separate the sticky ones from the unstuck ones. There wasn’t very many that weren’t sticky. We are still eating them but it’s a messy situation.

Wonderfully soft and sweet well worth the money!!!
