What I needed
I bought 2 braces as my ring finger and pinky on both hands were really tender I use them at night and leave the metal insert in them. The extra support helps.

Fits great and works as intended!
I bought a different ulnar splint for 4th/5th metacarpal fracture but it kept sliding down no matter how much I tightened it so the fit was not quite right. Because of how the splint is made with the 4th and 5th fingers wrapped in the “gutter” it keeps everything where it needs to be.

Decent product
Comfortable, easy to get in and out of. But the brace bar is straight and my doctor informed me to keep my fingers in a bent, relaxed position. I had to remove the bar (flat steel) and bend it in 2 places to get the angle I needed. The bar appears to be something like super stiff spring steel, and is NOT easy to shape. However, once you bend it to your desire, you should be fine. Not an easy task with one hand.

Too long
The small/medium is not for short people. I'm 5'4" so not extremely short but the top is about an inch too long. My pinky and ring finger kept sliding out of the top strap regardless of how tight I made everything. Will be returning.

So painful
I have ulnar nerve damage and need a brace like this to help with the pain instead of only wrapping it with ace bandages, and was so glad to find a brace less than $60 for it, but I had to return it the same day. The splint they claimed to be bendable to conform to your hand shape was not bendable at all, and just a straight metal piece that you’d find in an elbow immobilising brace rather than one designed for your hand that has a natural curve at the wrist. I had it on less than 10 minutes before it was causing more pain than it was helping from forcing my hand into an awkward position. Would not recommend unless they switch the splint to an actual bendable splint or one already curved to accommodate the shape of your hand.
