Great Little Laptop
I have the 13" laptop, and I'm loving it. Quick startup and processing. My only gripe is the touchscreen when typing on the numbers at the top of the keyboard. My fingers will accidentally touch the screen, and it will change cursor location. The USB-C power and screen output is what I wanted. Being able to plug in one cable and be good to go on multiple monitors. Would recommend to a friend.

WORKHORSE!.... but keep it cool
the laptop works perfect, fast and reliable. However, noticed that it gets normally hot even over flat surfaces.once took it on a laptop bag, and it got really really hot. seems to me the cooling system is very limited. As long as is well ventilated, the laptop works perfect

Excellent PC, BUT Need More Ports!!!!!!
Dell and Apple are are creating an entire secondary market required for plugging things into their products. Even if they designed and manufactured these multi port dongle’s that would be acceptable. Simply providing one or two very high speed ports causes consumers to research third-party solutions to interface to their existing or new peripherals; where these multi port solutions often do not inter-operate properly. Unacceptable!!!!!

Great laptop.
Great laptop. I researched Dell’s XPS line before buying and I’ve not been disappointed. There are issues with USB-C and sleep mode but these are more Windows 10 and Intel drivers than Dell. My laptop has performed for me driving 2 external monitors in a dock config.

Love the keyboard, horrible webcam (updated)
The other reviews do not understate the quality of the webcam - it is horrendous. Much lesser of quality than I would expect for a $1600 2020 laptop.Love the keyboard. I'm a mechanical-keyboard type of person, and while I typically hate low-profiles, I liked the keyboard on this laptop enough that it was the decision-making factor when it came down to a few options. Handles smaller games great, professional looking and would recommend to anyone using it for non-webcam related purposes.Update: Some serious graphical glitches came with this laptop. It's behaving like motherboard failure. Seems like this is a problem with XPS's in general. Returning and not chancing it - I suspected the laptop was a return to begin with, and the packaging was pretty badly damaged when it came (previously ripped open multiple times). I still like the laptop, but I'm replacing it with a unit from the manufacturer.

Highly recommended
- The touchscreen works great- The keyboard and trackpad are excellent- One downside is that there are quite a lot of updates during the first week with it, otherwise it has been brilliant

Great laptop at a great price
Love the white keyboard. So far the processor speed has been great.

Overpriced Dell Chromebook
The laptop I recieved was not capable of the specs that were listed. The build quality was terrible. It was supposed to a Dell xps 13 9310 but it had the look and feel of a Dell 3100 chromebook. There is a $1500 difference in the price between the two models but it seemed like Amazon thought they were the same. I would not purchase this laptop unless you want an overpriced chromebook.

sick laptop
battery life is so so it can last almost 10 to 12 hours when just watching youtube and surfing the internet, not great for big game’s that take up a lot of storage or energy to play.
