Good product
My daughter has a hamster and he loves it. Built strong and looks good. The hamster climbs all over and through the tunnels with no problems. Lots of space and easy to assemble. Works great!

Big sturdy cage
This is a very big cage for a hamster. I'd say it's more guinea pig size, but my daughter loves it. Very well made and sturdy when done. Only complaint is the exercise wheel is too small for a regular sized hamster. The peg sticking out into the middle to attach it to the wall is in the way. We had to buy a bigger one and put it in instead.

Ugh
The house is big and spacious, unfortunately the mice can squeeze right thru the bars!

Decent cage
Nice and big for my daughter’s new hamster. I wish it came with more tubes or had a place from the seller to buy more to go with the cage. The only downside to this cage is it was bent when we went to put it together. The platforms are kinda warped which aren’t straight. The one ramp we have at the bottom seems to be harder for her hamster to climb up. And the house I think is way too small. I’d rather have more tubes than a food dish and water bottle. Otherwise it’s a good size.

Adequate but cheaply made
Instructions were not clear about orientation of panels (which matter). Had to disassemble and put it back together. Worse, however, was that the wheel did not spin freely. I had to drill it out so that it worked properly. Not a big deal for someone who's handy, but probably a deal-killer for someone who isn't. I was annoyed that I had to do it at all. This item is typical of cheap Chinese junk.

Good size, terrible instructions, cheap quality
No handle on top as shown in one of the pictures, but I don't think that's even the same one. Wheel won't stay attached--tried multiple spots; bars are too flimsy to hold it or something. Can't get tubes connected because hole in one wire side is in wrong place compared to instruction sheet. [UPDATE: I did have the piece backward, but you can't tell from the instructions at all, and I was convinced I had it the correct way.] Instructions not at all easy to follow. Certain parts aren't even identified in the assembly process. They don't tell you which way to place parts. I do like how deep the tray is. Assembled as much as I could and then disassembled for return. Also think I received a returned item, but supplier denied that. Not sure why ties would be cut and inside the box.

Me tubes or advertise that being two and a half inches but they're just barely two inches
The tubes were advertised to be two and a half inches but they were barely two inches

PLEASE READ! This cage is too small and tubes are very dangerous to hamsters
Please don’t purchase this tiny thing- hamsters need at least 800 square inches of flat, unbroken, horizontal floor space. No levels, no plastic tubes (both are dangerous to hams). The ethical minimum requirement for all hamster species is 40 inches x 20 inches (100 cm x 50 cm). That’s the smallest is should be to be considered humane. Hamsters are burrowers, not climbers, and need 10 inches deep of paper bedding in their cage for burrowing and tunneling. They also need a 10-12 inch wheel, 3-5 hideouts, a sand bath, and load of enrichment to keep them busy and active. This cage cannot contain any of those necessary items. Please please research proper hamster care and needs before you get one. they require specific things for their well-being and this cage is too small, the wires won’t hold in the deep bedding they need to burrow and tunnel, and your hamster will be stressed, unhappy territorial and bored. Their cage is their entire world and must have deep bedding, a large wheel, plus so much more enrichment and boredom breakers to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. A bored Hamster is a stressed hamster. Get them the large cage they need and all the hamster necessities for their life to be enriched. And learn everything you need to know about hamsters and their requirements before you get a hamster.
