Happy about this purchase!First time I used the ceramic roaster to roast the beans and i really enjoyed the moment of witnessing the change of the little beans's colors from light to dark.Very easy to use!The handle in Genuine Cow Leather is very qualitative. I bought the dark green one and the object by itself is very nice.well worth the money...I recommend !!!

my new favorite kitchen tool
this tool makes roasting coffee so easy and after 12 or so minutes the beans are at first crack and are ready to cool if you like a lovely medium roast. Keep on shaking and you can get to a dark full city roast.

Great roaster
This little roaster is great! Use as instructed and you get beautiful, fresh roasted beans in 12-14 minutes. Roasts about 3/4 cup at a time. Amazing! A must have.

What a wonderful aroma
Really works well. The roasting is very even and the aroma of the roasting beans fill our home with happiness.After cooling and very fine grinding, we get about 12 cups of very strong coffee. So so fresh!!!

A bit longer handle would be even better
I must admit - I am picky. But this roaster is very good for small batches. I usually make medium batches of light to light/medium roast in Fresh Roast SR540 (but I have to pre-roast for good melanisation and even roast with this one, so it is more time consuming) but if I need small batch of coffee fast - this one is just perfect!ActuaIly I consistenly achieved better results that those in video! Trick - shake in "8" path and plug the handle with something so the beans not fall out ( I use paper towel ball, but careful! Make sure that it will not catch the fire - no paper should stick out of opening.)At some point the handle will get hot though... But - hey! - its almost perfect!
