TB-Scooter Foldable Electric Scooter- Max Speed 45km/h, 50KM Range for Adult, with LED Light

I received it yesterday and can’t unfold and whenever I touch it the alarm turns on

When I received the item it was damaged where the wire of the scooter was cut/broken into 2 pieces.When I received the replaced item after 2 days the seat came off.After another few days the brakes are not working and found the metal piece has broken.I have never met with any accident nor the item is misused or deliberately dashed against something. The metal piece breaking into 2 piece is completely a manufacturing defect. If Incase the scooter had an accident then there would be damaged caused in the other parts of the body which is not in the case of my item. My overall experience with this item was bad and the quality of this item dosent meet my expectation for the amount paid.Totally lost my money on this.I am only facing problems since day 1 of use.

good fire product recomend if had a scooter but its not recommended if you don’t know how to unfold scooter this thing takes so long that i wont fold it in my life to un fold go to work shop near by but the product is fire

scooter design everything is fine but the battery capacity is very poor what day promising 50 km surrounding it can go but you can go onley maximum 20 km,
