Practical, Inisightful, and Easy-to-Read
This book is very useful for professional management training. As I worked my way up (and am still working my way up), I have found formal management training lacking. This book provides great insight. In addition, I have found that the techniques are quite applicable to managing my personal life, which is an unexpected bonus :-)

Actual science for managers and more
Book reads very well. It is tailored for a university course, so the material is presented in a systematic way.It covers basics and details of management using science of behavior (applied behavior analysis) and uses real-life examples from different areas of application. The rules, techniques and methods covered in this book are applicable not onyl to organisational/industrial psychology, but are already being successfully used in education (both mass and special), self-management and other fields. Also by this author: "Bringing out the best in people". Highest praises.
