Communicative Language Teaching in Action: Putting Principles to Work

Excellent book because the information is organize, very easy to read and with a lot extra information to learn. It is not limited but I will say this is the boom for 1st year teachers like me. You will find info to read about: tasks, lesson plans, rubrics, assessments, etc.

We used this textbook in my intro to Spanish teaching class. It was easy to read and very helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone that is involved in any type of teaching.

Brandl's book is very informative and completely supports Communicative Language Teaching and falls in line with CI (communicative input) and the ACTFL World-Readiness Standards for Language Learning!

There's a lot of good content in this book, easy to read and work through. I do like that there are activities and resources at the end of each chapter, but it's a bit too much. Also, there are some things that I'd rather have in the body of the chapter where the author discusses them, rather than having to flip back to the end of the chapter.

Great book, easy to read and very practical. I use it daily and my students enjouy it as well. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thank you.

This is an excellent book for teachers of foreign/second languages. I would recommend it especially to teachers of Less Commonly Taught Languages (LCTL). You can learn how to develop instructional materials based on hands-on examples.
