They worked great for me. They’re high enough to accommodate the discrepancy in my one leg. And they fit most of my shoes. The only problem is with any insert they don’t work well with sandals! But these last pretty long reasonably priced easy to use.

I have used this product for a number of years, because my left leg is 2/3 inch shorter than my right. A doctor had recommended that I put an 1/2 inch lift inside my shoes or sandals and that would help my chronic back ache. He was right and I have been keeping these lifts in my shoes ever since. They are made with 3 layers that peel apart so that you can adjust them to the thickness you require. They have small, medium and large sizes. I use the medium. I have used other 1/2 inch hard plastic inserts made by another company, but these are supple and much kinder to the heel of my foot. I do need need to replace them after several months to a year, but I’m just grateful to have them available.

These heel lifts are nice and firm,but the heel area is a little wide for a female shoe. I guess you could probably trim them offf a little to fit into a "closed" shoe. I've only used them in summer sandals.

My hip replacement left one leg slightly longer than the other. That changed my gait and began causing pain in both my hip and knee. A physical therapist friend suggested these shoe inserts and they have solved the problem. They have three layers; you can peel off one or two to get the thickness you need.My chiropractor advised me to put these in every pair of shoes, not just my walking shoes. If you have shoes with an insole that lifts, you can insert the lift under the insole. Otherwise, it will work well on top of the insole. I even use one in my slippers.

These are a perfect fit for my size 8 women's shoes. Very comfortable and don't damage the shoe. They do compress over time but easy to replace. I've been using these for years

These inserts fit good in the shoe and seems to be comfortable. But it was too tall for me. Separating layers was not easy. When separating bottom layer it ripped on the middle and was very hard to take off. I was not able to take it off completely. I am using it as is for now. Will be buying different brand.
