Excellent if you don't like the gels
These are similar to small cubes of jelly. They have a subtle taste and texture and are easy to swallow and kind on the tummy. No dry mouth as you sometimes expect from the gels and offer a good alternative to the gels. Great for long runs or cycles and help reduce fatigue and maintain performance. No issues with purchasing these again.

No easy to eat
They work ok but not to eat when running unless you want to choke if you keep them cold they get incredible hard . If you take them when exercising they get sticky and stuck to fabric / paper . Flavour still artificial. Maybe ideal for the gym and take them during breaks
