I got this as a gift to my sister. She said she loves the camera, it’s brilliant, good quality picture too. The only negative side is that you need a wifi adapter for it to work, otherwise it won’t connect to the internet as my brother in law found out after about an hour of trying to get it to connect. Other than that one small little thing, I definitely recommend!

The camera arrived in time and looked good however, that is where the positives stopped!Firstly, the camera steadfastly refuses to scan the setup QR code which is required to add the camera to the app. I tried to contact the support centre but just received a message saying..." we are unavailable at the moment. Please try later".Thankfully there is help online and I had to take a screenshot of the QR code from my phone, send it to my PC, enlarge it to about the size of an A4 piece of paper then hold the camera in from of the PC screen. This at last worked and I could connect the camera.After the rather painful setup procedure, it seemed to be working ok for a couple of minutes then stopped sending push notifications to my phone. All settings on both app and phone were re-checked but notifications still not being sent to phone.Then the picture on the camera started to go all blurry and dark, the motion detection and tracking developed a mind of it's own. The signal strength / bitrate is all over the place and I know I have a strong, stable and reliable wifi setup. This suggests the antenna in the product is faulty.For the intended purpose of a security camera, this product is useless. In addition, the cable is way too short to be of any use.Sadly, another cheap piece of junk. I should have known better. The old adage of " you get what you pay for" is certainly true in this case.

Considering the price this Is good value for money. Very intelligent tech, reliable easy to setup. More than happy with it

Bought this and set up was relatively easy, worked great for a few days then wouldn’t connect, tried all the troubleshooting tips but still nothingI emailed customer support but have yet to get a response ,Disappointing customer service to say the least,Do not purchase if you are looking for reliable support and customer service !
