I was worried the scent was gonna be unpleasant but it’s not bad at all! It’s like an herby citrus smell and thought you definitely can smell it, it’s not super strong so you don’t have to worry about your house smelling like it. I smelled it for a few minutes after I sprayed then couldn’t detect it unless I actually put my face close to the part of the couch I sprayed. One of my cats did come to investigate and though he didn’t run off, he didn’t seem to like it. I haven’t seen either of my cats scratch the side of the couch since I sprayed so seems to worn so far!

The smell was very strong had to open my doors and turn on fans & it seemed to have only worked on my cat for a few minutes then maybe 10 minutes or so later she was all over everything again like I didnt even spray it. It didnt work for me I will not be using it again I'm actually going to throw away the remainder of the bottle Nd would not buy again. The only thing that worked for me were nail caps so if you're trying to keep furniture undamaged I recommend buy nail caps instead much cheaper and actually works.

Bought this for my son to deter his cat scratching the new furniture. He sprayed some to see how it smelled before he sprayed his new sofa and said it was very strong and unpleasant. As far as I know he has decided not to use the product.

I wasted money on this item. I had to continually spray because once the spray dried the scent is gone. In about 2 day I finished the bottle and the kitty continues to scratch.

It works but has to be applied often and scent is HORRIBLE. I leave the room for a few minutes after it’s been applied to furniture

The only way it worked was after I sprayed and the smell is so pungent that it was irritating my throat, I not only had to open my patio door but I didn't want to be around my rug either, but when the smell is gone after 20min my cat was right back on the rug

I was really hoping that this would keep my kitten away from my desk, kitchen, and laundry area, but I'll have to go back to getting SSScats.

The spray did not smell good. Also, it did nothing to keep our cat away from scratching the furniture. I would not recommend buying it. It was a big disappointment and waste of money.
