Why did you pick this product vs others?:This burger mix not only smells good, but taste pretty good. As soon as you open the bag, the aroma of the different ingredients makes your mouth water.

Vegetarian / Vegan burgers are inordinately pricey these days, so we have turned to making our own. This is a basic mix to which a host of auxiliary foodstuffs can be added. For example, half a sweet potato mixed with 1/2 cup of the product and 1/4 cup water, comes out wonderfully. That's just for two - increase the numbers to make more. Another good addition is a medium sized Murphy with some mashed in broccoli tops and 1/4 cup shredded vegan cheese or regular dairy cheese. Kasha grains, millet, or quinoa too, all go well with basic mix directions. These burgers make lunch a fun time! Thank you Seitenbacher, thank you Amazon!!

Liked the taste but had a nutty hard crunch to it even when cooked

I liked this, has a decent flavor! I am very happy with the product. I've been looking for a product that would make a burger 🍔 that doesn need refrigeration since I camp a lot. I just need to tweak it a bit since its a tad salty for me.

Nice! I picked this one because the ingredients looked like words I can pronounce lol. I’ve made falafel from a mix before but never a veggie burger mix. This appealed to me because it seems cheaper than frozen veggie burgers. I just made these for the 1st time today. Very tasty! I fried them with Pam spray & a tiny bit of olive oil. Served with sauerkraut, avocado, homemade bread, mayo, ketchup, lettuce. I’m only vegetarian not vegan, so I had cheese on my bread. If you’re used to veggie burgers then I would recommend this. It’s very yummy. If you’re a meat eater, you might want to start with the frozen meat-like burgers. They’re very lifelike with the modern food tech they have now. My package arrived last night. No directions on the package.

This easily forms into a burger and doesn’t fall apart when I flip it despite my shakey hand. Has a seedy texture and tastes excellent.

I was so happy with the ease of making the first burger. I was looking forward to making a vegetarian meatloaf then I tasted it. Not only was the burger hard as a rock after adding water over & over to the pan but all you'll taste is overwhelming salt & a lot of pepper. I miss Harmony house burger mix. Please Amazon get it back...
