I was worried once I received this item cause something told me to read reviews before getting it out of the box and setting it up. So I did that and a lot of the reviews were negative, BUT I decided I was gonna give it a go anyway (I like to make my own decisions about stuff) and it was beautiful when setup, colors are bright and stand out, the star was perfect brightness that it didn't over take the other lights but still stood out. We had some bad wind storms while it was up (was setup above/along with our nativity during the Christmas season) and it held together great! The length of the strings were perfect for where we wanted it! And the price is great! I highly recommend!

These are really neat lights. Being able to choose the type of light display is nice. I got a lot of compliments on them. I bought 3 of them and it lit up quite a bit of the yard. A little bit of advice, when taking them down make sure to rubber band the 8 string of lights individually. My family took them down and didn't do this and the next Christmas I got the wonderful task of trying to untangle the ball of lights, yes, that was about 2 hours of wasted time, so make sure you band the strings separately. The strings are thin and easy to step on and pull the lines apart, so be careful when hanging them. I would recommend these to others.

Been wanting to get something like this for the yard to make my wife happy. For the price on this I could not be more pleased. The unit came packed well and was easy to prep for install. I recommend mounting the star first before you undo all the strings to keep them away from the steps of the ladder and creating a safety hazard for yourself. I place the top of the star between 9-10’ up on the palm tree and I used heavy thing to tie it in place, worked like a charm and I’m very pleased with ll of the cool color changes and patterns it goes through, much more than I expected! Simple design

Not bad for the price but only made it through 2 holidays then 3 strands snapped. If you purchase go into it knowing this is a 2ish year lease.

Love the colors and different lighting modes. They held up ok during the winter. Some of the lights started rusting. We'll see if it makes it through another Christmas season.
