It DOES work, if used correctly.
I was hesitant to buy one because I saw a lot of reviews saying it didn't work so I did some digging and found a blog from someone who used this for a year.First, these things DO work! Don't listen to the people complaining the hair doesn't come off. ALL of the fur/hair is NOT suppose to stick to the zapper. Think of it as little suction cup that goes in with your laundry. It pulls the fur off your clothes so your washer/dryer has an easier time getting it out of the fibers. Then it gets washed down the drain or caught in the lint trap. Just make sure to use warm water in your cycle if you want the best results.Second, LISTEN TO THE WARNINGS. Do NOT use fabric softener or dryer sheets. You shouldn't be using them anyway because it makes your clothes icky. Use distilled white vinegar in your wash load if you want softer stuff. Softeners/dryer sheets just build up waxy residue on your clothing to make it "soft" but that same stuff adheres the fur/hair to the fibers and ruins the zapper!Lastly, make sure you clean out your washer/run a quick empty rinse cycle and clean off the lint trap! My trial wash was like 3 blankets my cats (3 short hair, 1 long hair) all love to sleep on and let me tell you......my lint trap was so full it grew a tail when I pulled it out. Far more fur was pulled from those blankets than I'd ever had before. Was there still some left? Yes, but those blankets had a month of 4 cats worth of fur on them. I even had to rinse off the zapper because it got so much off that some still stuck to the Zapper.Tl:Dr -It works, just don't use with fabric softener/dryer sheets, use warm water for best results, and clean your machines!

Doesn't work.
This product does not work. I put it in the dryer with my dog's blanket and bed. The lint trap was full of dog hair, but there were only 3 hairs on the Fur Zapper.

It’s good
I been using it as directed. I noticed it works better when it’s not a full load. I use this on my dark clothes because I have an orange haired cat & my clothes collect so much hair. It worked really well on my blanket that was covered in hair. As far as my clothes not so much. I put it in the washer & dryer with no dryer sheets no fabric softer. I had to take some clothes out & throw it in twice and there’s still cat hair on my black clothes. I feel like it got most of the hair tho, just not all of it.

Hair is GONE!!
I have tried many different approaches to getting rid of pet hair on my clothes from my two cats, as well as my own long hair that comes out. I bought two of these (it says 1/pet). Immediate difference! I put them in the wash and dryer, rinsing off in cold water after each time. NO Hair of mine or theirs. 1 load I had a duvet in the machine, which causes some clothes to get dried inside the duvet, which these things were on the outside. The clothes on the inside had hair and those on the outside none. Im buying another set so I can do two loads at once in both machines. Excellent purchase- no more pre no heat drying or using extra drier sheets.

Does not work well.
I don't see much difference, there's still a lot of hair on the clothes. It could be bc we have a Great Pyrenees who sheds a lot. But that is why I bought this product in the first place.

Great!
I like this! It doesn’t work much in the washer but it will pick up hair from the dryer. It’s lasted for a lot of loads of laundry so I think it has good durability
