Great for quick pull-ups
Absolutely love this pull up bar. However the feet in the picture is a lot larger than what you actually get, it’s doesn’t seem to affect the stability but I’m not sure considering I’ve only had these teeny tiny ones. It can get a little wobbly on the tri dip bars but I saw that in the comments before purchasing and put 2- 40lb bags on the back which makes us feel safe. My 210lb bf does pull ups and it hold his weight and rays stable. Worth it for the price

Bang for your buck
Lightweight. Not great if you plan to swing at all as it will require added weight for stability. For 170lb person it works as it should im able to use every part of it as intended.MAKE SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO INSTRUCTIONS!

Sturdy enough to use
I weigh 180lbs. and it's slightly wobbly when doing dips (because my weight is all on one end). Not so much that it might tip over, but it does rock a little. Other than that, once you get it built, it's a good deal. The instructions are minimal and at times incorrect: It has the different size bolts identified by letters - in one step it said to use bolts E and G, and there were no bolts labeled "E." The diagrams showed washers being used for all the bolts, but there weren't enough washers included for that. I eventually figured it out. Lastly, the two crossbars should be the same length, but one was about 1/8" longer than the other so the vertical bars they connect to are slightly out of parallel. This wasn't enough to keep it from being usable, but probably the reason for the slight wobble I mentioned. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I don't regret buying this, just be prepared for possible sub-par craftsmanship.

Adequate
If you fasten 2 carabiners onto belt loops of either side of a pair of shorts/pants you’re wearing, and then put a belt onto the clothing so that the belt goes through the carabiners, you can attach the elastic bands of this Power Tower onto the carabiners so that when doing pull ups the weight of the bands’ stretching is transferred onto your hips through the belt, adding weight to the exercise

Not terrible
It functions. But yeah, it could be better. You have to be careful how you use it or it could tip over easily. The arm rests and handles are not ideal for the excercise intended for. The upper handle, also not ergonomically positioned, relative to other parts. So overall, it works, but it’s not great. Not comfortable and easily tips.

Use some sand bags, and away you go!
This is a great system! I am using it on a regular basis, and It is working my core very well. It wasn't hard to put together, and it has an adjustable hang bar, so any one of any height can benefit from it. The only thing I though helped make it even better, was to use some sand bags incase it tipped. I DID NOT have any issue withy that, but I had seen other comments that mentioned that, so I did some preemptive work, and got some sandbox sand from home depot and filled some bags to weigh it down, and placed them on the back legs of the rack. PERECT! I love this addition to my home gym! I am never going back to crunches!

Not at all up to the mark
The product is not as firm as they describe. I tried to do pull up , tried using the rope , do triceps etc it keeps moving front and back and falls down. I had to stop working out using that at all. They have given me less equipment too in the package. My bad luck I had opened this after the limited return or replacement window is closed which I feel with such product is a rip off. Please check the product immediately and take action and do not take such products.
