Q: Does it come in a molded case

No it came in a plastic case that we threw away

Q: I work in industrial maintenance are these stiff enough not to flex under heavy prying? Will they hold up or do I need to buy the Dominators?

I have only used a handful of times they seem good. If your going to use every day and pry on heavy stuff you may want the heavier duty one.

Q: Do the metal bars go all the way to the metal caps or seperated?

You know, i havent broken them yet so i cant give you an honest answer, their not really ideal for heavy duty use as they flex quit a bit but they seem sturdy enough to some extent if youre going to use it for cars / trucks, i dont see good things happening from using them on heavy equipment / tractor trailers
