I did a lot of shopping and looking at reviews before deciding to give these slip covers a try. I was worried because my parson's chairs were slightly larger than the majority of the recommended size limits of the previous covers I had looked at. The package arrived quickly and YAY!! they fit perfectly! At first I thought it might be too small, but the fabric is very stretchy so I just kept tugging it into place and with a little effort it did what I wanted. I was also worried that the color of the chair, which is a rusty red, would show through the lighter fabric of the taupe slip cover, but I didn't see any evidence of the color beneath it!I don't know how durable these will be, but the price is great and I plan on ordering a couple more sets to switch out as needed for cleaning or for a different look. So glad I found these!

As a parent of rambunctious rascals, I was under the mistaken impression I cannot have nice things till they leave the nest. But, as I recently found out, you can have linen covered light colored dining chairs if you cover them in plastic (yes, your grandma had it right) and then, USE THIS PRODUCT TO COVER IT UP!The plastic protects them from spills and this cover helps you have nice adult furniture that you can actually use even to have breakfasts and dinners with aforementioned rascals.The material looks classy once draped on the chairs and stretches beyond what should be possible. Have not tried washing but genius product!

The chairs to my kitchen table have recently been used as cat scratching posts and I hate the sight of them all mangled but don't have time to fix them atm. Perfect fit and comfortable material. However, they are NOT waterproof.* ***My first review submission was not accepted, maybe because these are advertised as waterproof and I claim they are not. Watch the video. They are not waterproof. Water RESISTANT, MAYBE.. Also, they charge an extra dollar for the "waterproof."

The media could not be loaded.  Ok so to start off. I have the IKEA ekedalen dining set in white (6 seats). Being that it is white, it is prone to yellowing and staining. I bought these and let me just say, WOW. They look like upholstered chairs now! I am so happy with this purchase, It looks like I got a brand new dining set. My only concern prior to getting them was that they would look baggy or have that cover look (im not sure if that makes sense) but these are stretchy and appear a little smaller but once you stretch them over the chairs, they fit nice and snug and don’t bunch up anywhere. Get them!!

These are reasonably stylish chair covers, and they stretch over our dining chairs easily. The fit is good. They are easily machine washable.HOWEVER, they are NOT waterproof at ALL—they never have been, even before washing. Pretty much anything that spills onto the chair cover will get the underlying chair wet. Would be much better if the web site description were accurate.

The price was so good that I bought one set in gray and another set in taupe. Unfortunately my cat's claws are damaging the bonded 'leather' on the two Parson's Chairs that I bought for my breakfast table. I needed to get some use from the chairs; it was too late to return them. So I bought these slipcovers. (In the photos you might see some plastic that I attached. It is double-sided tape in 'sheet' form used to train the cat to not scratch this furniture piece. Hope it works.)It was so easy to install these slipcovers -- a ten year old child could figure it out!ANOTHER NOTE: The 'dark gray' color is really a medium gray when you see it in person.

I’m returning these. I loved the deep navy color and the pattern on f the fabric, but they were not as advertised. My chair measurements were right in the middle of the compatible measurements range, yet these covers were too small. Any pulling I did to try to make them work just resulted in the cover coming loose on the side opposite of what I was pulling on. The fabric was very thin to start with (despite being advertised as the opposite), the stretching just made the thin fabric show even more of the white chair through the fabric. I’m bummed, as I loved the initial look of the covers.
