Track and Field Training’Blocks’
These track and field ‘Blocks’ are good for track athletes who need to practice how they push off for sprints. They are easy to assemble and can be broken down for storage. The material is sturdy and will last for a long time. I would recommend purchasing.

Highly Recommend
I’ve been looking everywhere for one but it’s so expensive everywhere I looked. My brother needed one for his track meet for school. Found this one on Amazon for way less than what the in-stores was trying to offer me. Ship fast no issues. Product really sturdy. Highly Recommend!!!!

Not constructed well enough to use
These are poorly constructed and did not last. The spot welds on the block pedal are thin and weak, so relatively weak middle school and high school athletes using these blocks broke two of the welds in the first 5 practices. As a stronger senior athlete, I only attempted to use these in two practices because the sheet metal that the adjustment pegs pass through is so thin that it bends if you can actually apply force to the pedal. The block never feels secure as you push! Not worth the money. You're better off buying high-quality blocks at several multiples of this price because they will feel like competition blocks and will be useful for more than a few practices.
