Awesome!! Made an entire turkish dinner for easter, everything eas amazing
I absolutely love this book, I've made several of the recipes and we have liked each of them. I made an entire turkish dinner on easter, cooked from 9am to 7pm but was worth it. We had the sherbet- i can see why its so popular (but had to find recipe online sadly), ayran (definitely something u grow up with but my cat liked it), chestnut lamb, bulgar wheat with dates and nuts, parsley feta dip, the spinach currant nut salad and for dessert the apricots stuffed with creme frecia. It was awesome and next on the list is the veggie stew.Weve been watching a tv series called resurrection ertrugull-turkish show so subtitles are a thing, were on the 5th season and every episode they r eating so i figured it must be good. Buy this book, u wont be disappointed, great history, awesome pics with every recipe, easy to find ingredients (amazon has some of it). Will buy again for present.

Beautiful and great recipes
The media could not be loaded. This book is beautifully made, with high resolution pictures that show the meals and history of turkey. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious. I would highly recommend this book.

Great Book but....
The cookbook itself is lovely, great written, good recipes, nice pictures... but the cover page was rippped so I had to duck tape , and I also put some glue in side, as the book itself was tearing from cover pages, and left it standing up on its side, for glue to dry. To be honest, if I could have found better cookbook, I would have sent back, but this is the nicest published book I can find to gift for my daughters. So, one will get one with black duck tape, but I am sure they will enjoy.
