Bought this after using this in PT for an ankle fracture - great product
Bought this after I used the same Theraband pad at PT for rehab from a trimalleolar ankle fracture. Very sturdy, does what it's supposed to, and reasonable priced. Theraband has a solid reputation for fitness bands and balance pads so I stuck with them vs. a knockoff knowing the product would be good. Medium blue pad was best for where I'm at in rehab - green was too easy and wasn't sure I was ready for the grey. And you can make it more difficult by holding weights while you balance.

My PT used this during my sessions, so I purchased one. More comfortable than another popular seller on here (I returned that one - plastic too hard). These few extra dollars were worth it. A++

Eactly what my Physical Therapist uses
Exactly what my Physical Therapist uses. I do exercises between my PT that is 2x a week. I found using these for balance exercises has been beneficial in my recovery.

Active sitting feature appreciated
The "active sitting" feature is what got me to get one and I think it helps. I sit a lot for work and this makes me be more careful about how I'm sitting. If I lean forward too much for many hours I've been getting low back pain. This seems to help me not do that.

Great Product for Doing Physical. Therapy at Home
These pads are very nice, sturdy and well made. They are for stability training and help with balance etc. They are the same pads used by my physical therapist. My only complaint is that the color of the pads indicate how challenging they are. I purchased green and this is the beginning phase of therapy. This is fine but it would have been nice to know when I purchased them. I was not aware of this until I read the instructions inside the package.
