Amazing laptop for the price
The laptop has some amazing specs for its price and you will have a hard time finding something similar. The 3060 is a downgraded 3060 as to not overheat the machine. The materials of the laptop are well put together and it in terms of performance it keeps up with some of the beefier desktop PCs.

9/10
the computer itself is awesome. was used to using a old laptop that barely ran anything so I may be biased, but the computer itself is great. the fans are a bit noisy, but headphones easily get rid of that. the power is solid considering how beefy the laptop is, but I still recommend plugging it in while in use; it can run down quickly. the keyboard, screen, and whole thing have a nice feel to it, even if it's a bit heavy. solid 9/10 laptop right here.

Solidly built gaming laptop for the price point
Pros:* Good thermals. Gets too hot to play on your lap, but not so hot it will burn a hole in your desk.* Solid build. No part of this laptop seems flimsy or poorly built.* Great graphics for a laptop. The RTX 3060 isn't pushing boundaries, but it's good enough to play new games at high to ultra settings at 1080p.* Decent battery life. You're not going to game for 12 hours straight on this thing without plugging it in, but it will last at least 4-5 hours under heavy load on a single charge, more if you use power saver settings.Cons:* Very heavy. Like you could break into a car with this laptop, heavy.* Very loud under heavy loads. The fans do a great job a dissipating heat. The downside of this is that they sound like a hurricane. It's definitely a laptop you need headphones to play on.* Mediocre display. The display isn't bad, but it isn't great either. The colors don't really "pop" like modern gaming monitors and Apple displays and the contrast is mediocre.

Dell is not to be trusted
this is the first laptop i encounter that is basically not user friendly, i bought mine with a 500gb storage, try to extend this using the second slot to add a new sdd nmve, but the laptop do not bring the support bracket (a small piece with 2 screws), i spend a hard time contac dell for this issue and they want to charge me $99 for that piece (that should be already inside the laptop)..., i found this offending, i am feeling insulted, specially because i choose this laptop over another lenovo legion and at the end the lenovo legion is a better option over this one for the same price and lenovo dont go aroud with this kind of silly things... shame on you dell

Hit and Miss
The G15 by Dell is a great gaming computer if you prefer to keep it plugged in 24/7.The plastic design is a bit gaudy, if not a tad ugly. The plastic touch pad is not the worst, definitely not the best.Great performance for gaming, just don’t expect a long battery. I’m seeing roughly 2-4 hours in battery saving mode when it’s just on (no applications open). This laptop is more for a desk where you keep it plugged in ready to go. With plenty of ports (HDMI, 1 USB-C, 3 USB-A, Ethernet, Audio Jack) you can get things done. Also, this laptop is very heavy. That combined with the power adapter (which is massive) makes hauling this laptop a bit of a pain.
