Specialized only for the back of the neck
This is a useful tool for DIY neck relief. I will lie down on the round side and crunch away at stiff neck muscles, but it doesn't quite have the shape to dig into the atlas or go beyond the back of your neck into the sides.Imho this tool is specialized only for the neck. The marketing use of the other 2 sides is impractical. That being said, it works well for the neck and is durable, so is worth buying.
