I bought that device there is no any software i bought that device and now again i want to buy all software and reset again the mean i pay to much money only for that device and after 1 year i want tou buy again software sorry i dislike your product

Really handy little tool. Use it for my personal vehicles. So far used it on a 08 Mini Cooper, performed great bidirectional control, power balance, lights, solenoids,etc. Definitely worth it. I've used it with Ford and Toyota aswell and its done everything I've required even on the powerstroke diesel.

Il m'a déjà sauvé son prix d'achat, par rapport à ce que j'aurai payé à un garagiste pour qu'il scanne ma voiture.Thindiag est cependant dispendieux, si vous avez plusieurs marques de voitures, ou que vous voulez avoir des logiciels de certains systèmes en particulier, car il requiert un abonnement pour chaque logiciel.Si c'est votre cas, allez voir ailleurs.Oui, je recommande ce produit.

I got this package with no stickers/plastic enclosing the box or the opening of the box, inside there was no english manual and there was NO Activation code !!! Watch youtube videos for unboxing of ThinkDiag (check "scan tool network"), they have proper seal and activation code included.I would totally skip these guys and buy it from original product manufacturer's website as you would save money with activation code and dont have to buy them separately

I think it is a great idea to be able to buy s/w for your car and pay a lot less than where you are forced to buy s/w for 100 cars/makes in one product at a very high price. It is a novel idea in favor of DIY. I needed a tool to de-activate the immobilizer after changing our a controller on my car. It involved re-programming an eeprom on the controller. The ThinkCar/ThinkDiag did just that. What I paid for the dongle plus the s/w for honda/acura only would have been more or less the same as what I had to paid a mechanic to do the re-programming. I am very happy with the product.

Absolutely superb. The software is very dependable. This company has hit the nail on the head! The capability of this device beats all hand held models like Autel, Launch, Foxwell by far. You will not be disappointed.
