SouthOrd 14 Piece Lock Set PXS-14

Broke a rake rocking it back and forth inside a chinese master type lock using moderate pressure and it came apart right after last profile grove looking towards handle end. Sent txt asking about their replacement policy and received a reply simply asking for a pic of broken item. They not only replaced the one pick but sent me all 10 in the set i ordered very quickly! This was a defect in the metal and no way any one would be able to tell with the naked eye. All 9 other picks are filed nicely,give excellent feed back to my hand and i would/ buy from this seller again in a hear beat

If I didn’t know better I’d swear these were made in Germany. These definitely outperform every other kit I’ve purchased on Amazon (4 so far including most recommended) these were professionally machined and have smooth edges so you can feel what is going on vs. the jagged edge ones that get stuck and potentially ruin the lock your trying to open. Buy this kit.

…but the grips were very, very difficult to put on. No instructions nor any guidance either with the product or on the product page. I had to get a pair of pliers to brace the pick, shove it in with great effort. On some of the later ones, I put a tiny amount of grease and that helped quite a bit- hopefully they don’t slide back off if I used too much!If this isn’t an issue for you, 5 stars when it comes to the product. Great quality, work well. Don’t let the 4 stars discourage you. I really just would have appreciated a little nugget of advice about putting the grips on so I didn’t have to waste time rooting around the Internet for something.

Very great lock picks up one of the best sets for beginners very sturdy well made and when the addition of the rubber handles very comfortable

Solid pick kit. Got these as my first starter kit and I'm highly impressed. The picks are solid and nicely cut, No rough edges or burrs on any of the tools. Was able to breeze through a few padlocks laying around the house. Definitely recommend these if you are wanting to learn.

First set, but they seem to be pretty good. Putting the ends on took a lot of force and none of them even so much as bent. I've only been about to practice on a couple of pad locks I have, but I haven't had any issues with them.

You won't go wrong with this setThey seem to be higher quality that all the starter kits... These are probably the next level of tools you want to get after you've experimented with the starter kits

Very cheaply made. Handles are not on the thin pieces. Case is very poorly made. Look for a better set.
