Looks Amazing, but doesn’t catch all of the ash.
This is a beautiful incense holder, however the hole in his hands to place the stick in is a bit angled to the side, so the incense ash falls outside of the boat. I was testing it outside, so it wasn’t a problem, but if i was using this indoors and on nice wood, i would not be happy. After the incense had burned to about half way, the boat started catching the ash. Once it did, the ash looked super cool in the boat on top of the bones in there. He also looked super cool once the incense was burned down lower and it looked like he was holding a burning lantern. Currently he sitting in my living room as part of the halloween decor, but I am not brave enough to try and burn incense in the house with him, as it doesn’t catch all of the ash.

Awesome
This is so cool. It's a very good size and has some heft to it so it won't go flying off a shelf or table. The painting is well done. It's a very sculptural piece. The bones and skulls in the boat are raised, not just painted on. It was a little on the expensive side, but I know if I saw this in a shop it would be at least $35.00; so actually this is a very good deal. My only complaint was the actual hole where you insert the incense. It was not deep at all. In fact I couldn't fit a stick of incense in it. I took a very small drill bit and routed it out, so it's perfect now. This is not a little flimsy crappy piece of plastic. This is very solid. I know I will get years of enjoyment from this. I burn incense several times a day, so this is just great. It looks fantastic with all of the other goth stuff I have throughout my house. Yes everyday is Halloween at my house. I highly recommend this piece. Good job!

Is it safe to use.
I read and seen pictures in a review about the alignment of the stick being off center, and ambers falling to the side.I had no such problem with mine, I have used it 6 time so far with no issues.I'm sure if there was an problem with the alignment of the stick, this is something that can be fixed easily a few different ways.I would fill the hole with some sort of hardening putty, such as wood putty, then insert the stick aligned properlyremove the stick and let dry, then fine toon with a drill bit if needed.Other wise I'm very happy with the product looks awesome and works grate.

Cool Looking, but not so Practical
This incense holder gets an A+ for aesthetics. It looks super cool. However, it is not entirely practical to use. The hole in the skeleton's hand where the incense goes is both too big around and not deep enough. I have to fiddle with the incense stick in order to get it to stay in the hole. Sometimes I can't get the incense stick to stay straight and I have to give up and use a different incense holder. Also, the boat is not quite long enough. Some incense sticks stick out past the front of the boat which causes the ashes to fall outside of it. I wish I would've read the reviews for this item before I bought it.

Great home decoration
Great for your home, but a bit small for a lot of sticks. You have to cut down the part of the stick that burns an inch or two to make sure ash doesn't get everywhere. Besides that problem, I think this product is really cute, and a great gift.

Crooked!!!
As others have complained about, the reaper holds the incense crooked, so the ashes pour onto the table instead of the boat. As you can see in the included picture, the boat is aligned nearly straight with the camera. meanwhile, the incense is being held at about a 45 degree angle to it! At least half of the ashes would fall outside the boat!HUGE design flaw, and I am at a loss as to why there is so many great reviews on it. Either people who care more about the look than efficacy, or maybe only some of them have this design flaw. Regardless, I am not risking it with another one.

Well made and heavy..
I bought this for my husband since his last incense holder got broken. He absolutely loves it! First stick burned and all of the ash went into the boat, so we got one that had the hole aligned properly. . It is pretty heavy in the hand, and seems sturdy so far. It looks great!

Absolutely Amazing
Got it as a gift for my sister who is amazing and goth. She is obsessed with this thing and keeps it in her kitchen. The quality of this is impressive - it has a really good weight to it, it's quite detailed, and doesn't feel cheap whatsoever. It's very well made. If you or someone close to you loves creepy décor and all things macabre, I would 100% recommend.
