Waste of Money- do not buy it
This product looks good on the screen. It doesn't worth the money paid for it. when plugged into power, it works for a couple of minutes with little warming and stops working. its control gets heated and lights go off for a long time. need to cool it to be able to use it again for 2-3 minutes.More embarrassing the item isn't eligible for replacement or return.

No longer gets hot. New 'protection' prevents getting warmer than 100°F/37°C, so useless
Most modern 'heating pads' do not get warmer than 100°F/37°C so do not provide any benefit. Old pads that got warm enough to help with injuries or arthritis now banned since idiots put them on colicky babies or old, disabled people and burned them. Sunbeam was rated as still getting warm, but at 100°F/37°C, it shuts off, blinking red light means 'protection' has kicked in, and all warming stopped.Useless!!!
