So far this product has been a little disappointing. Before I get to that the pros are all with the tripod. So far it’s held my iPhone 11 easily enough and has been stable. I really enjoy all the ways your phone can rotate to get a great photo or in my case video angle on my jewelry’s bench.Con, this isn’t the cheapest tripod on Amazon and if I hadn’t wanted a Bluetooth remote to take videos or photos with I would have gone with one of those options. Looks like Vicseed changed the design of their remote compared to what I had seen in all the reviews and I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing it not to pair with my phone. I did exactly as the instructions indicated and even took off my phone case just to make sure that wasn’t the cause of it not being able to pair with my phone and after many attempts I still have nothing. I tried contacting the Vicseed support on their website but when I clicked their support link I received a 404 error message. I sent an email to a support email in the directions and am waiting to hear back. If anything changes I will be sure to update this review but thus far I say if you are only looking for a great tripod this would be it and look elsewhere for a tripod with a wireless remote that works.EDIT: Its taken sometime but I am here to add to my review. Mary from the companies customer support reached out to me and replaced the broken remote with a new one immediately and offered to replace the whole unit. She had exemplary customer service skills which will be the reason I continue to do business with her company. I absolutely recommend this product.

I wasn't expecting much from a tripod at this price, but I'm extremely impressed with it. The design is fantastic and it's very easy to configure. Out of the box, it took me less than a minute to set up.It's very lightweight but incredibly sturdy. It extends to over 6 feet tall but can also fit into its keyboard sized bag. I'm really amazed by this tripod. You can use it as a selfie stick if you want, and it's very very easy to take off the tripod. It comes with a controller that's easy to set up with your phone, and they even included an extra battery.My favorite part about this tripod is that it actually holds my brick of a phone. Pictured is the samsung s20 in a love mei case. The case is extremely thick and heavy, but the phone holder has no problem clamping it. It's a very strong phone holder, and it's the main reason I bought this vicseed product (I bought their phone mount for my car and it's also great). This product comes with a 12 month warranty, but once you register it online you get an extra 18 month warranty (30 month warranty total). I'm very impressed by this tripod and it's construction/functionality. Would definitely recommend

I love this tripod! It arrived promptly and I put it together in about 5 minutes. It is so easy to expand and contract. I love the fact that it is lightweight so I can take it with me on hikes (about 1.6lbs). It can be used as both a tripod or a selfie stick.A phone or small camera can be in a vertical or horizontal position as you can see in the photos. It can be set as very tall or very short. It comes with a remote that you will need to pair through BlueTooth with your phone.I really like that you can move the phone in any various directions and angles to position it they way you want. I am excited to be able to take photos now with the back camera on my phone (in addition to the front). As you know the back camera is a much better camera.Also the phone mount expands and contracts according to the phone size so when/if I upgrade to a different phone, I don't have to worry about its size. This tripod will work with it as well. It seems sturdy even though it is lightweight. It can hold a small camera, I put one I have on it and it had no problems but mine is not blue tooth enabled so I did not try the remote with it. I did use the remote with my iphone I7+ and it connected readily.When finished it can be compacted and stored in my backpack. I would likely hook the remote to my key chain so I won't loose it. It has a small hook.I am looking forward to taking this tripod with me on my next hiking adventure!

I purchased the tripod specifically for a surprise trip to Alaska for my husband.. The selfie stick stood up to Alaskan coast winds at Beluga Point! And the tripod made it possible to capture the amazing Aurora! Having the remote control allowed us to keep our fingertips warmly tucked away in pockets. The kit comes with a nice shoulder bag that fits all pieces. The tripod and selfie features took seconds to adjust for capturing as many Aurora pictures as possible. Prior to the trip my husband and I had little to no experience with this type of equipment. We will now be taking them on all of our vacations due to their lightweight, easy fold up and carry design, and ease of remote control use.

If you like to take pictures as much as I do, buy this Tripod convertible to selfie stick. This selfie stick can be converted to full size tripod but in these pictures, our family used it as a selfie stick. The remote control make it so convenient and easy to use. Just turn on the button of the remote on the side and go to your Blue Tooth settings on your iPhone and it picks up automatically. The shutter is sensitive, no wasting time especially in the snow when everybody is cold. We used this selfie stick/tripod for the first time when it snowed 6 inches in North Texas and my whole family was super excited to capture those moments because of this selfie stick. It’s faster to use it than a selfie stick than a tripod. I have an iPhone 11 with Otto Box snd it fits and secures well the whole time we were taking pictures. This is also lightweight, I was able to hold it with my left hand while taking pictures.
