We have 5 of these units. Great quality.

Unsure at this point. First safe arrived, worked great for one day, then would not lock. Amazon is great and sent a replacement, so far after a couple of weeks it is still working. If it holds up then it will be exactly what we need.

Does everything I hoped it would. If I was expecting something better, more heavy duty, etc., I would have found something that cost more.

Easy to set up. Can be moved easily. Perfect if you are looking for something to keep people honest.

Overall the construction of the safe seems fine. We were looking for something to securely store small amounts of cash and checks. I like the drop slot option but I have to fold the money envelops we have in half to fit them in. My biggest issue is that the keypad stopped working within the first 60 days and I had to pay $15 to get a replacement keypad. It is annoying that it broke but even more annoying to have to pay for the replacement part. $15 was better than the hassle of packing the thing up and shipping it back though. Just thought I would post this review so the next buyer might be aware of what they are getting in to.

Good safe

After four months the keypad has stopped working. Barska's warranty says they'll refund your money, but you have to pay to ship the item back. Really? I have to pay to ship a heavy safe back to the manufacturers when their part is defective? And, like most businesses, we bolted our safe to the floor, so I would also have to pay my maintenance person to unbolt it. They are sending a replacement keypad at no cost, but I have to pay to have it installed. Will definitely not buy another Barska product.

Great safe, easy to operate. Love the keypad versus the old style dial type.
