This is a beautiful bed for my nine year old son, I purchase this as he is getting bigger but by accident I purchase to bed. I contacted Amazon and they contacted the manufacturer and the manufacture send The label for me to send it back but before that they tried to make me take $50 and keep the bed instead of returning me my $406. My fiancé was able to take the bed today to FedEx since they are the ones that delivered this bed to me. The FedEx agent say that this manufacture will send the wrong label to discourage customers to return items back. That this company is very dishonest. The bed is beautiful, so if you plan on buying a bed for your child, Recommendations is for you to stay away from this manufacture 100%

Really useful with the three draws. Perfect for one person. Easy to assemble. I had some issues do the damage caused for the delivery company. I contacted customer support, fortunately they answered quick and with some solutions to help me as much as they can. They addressed it very fair for both parts.I totally recommend it. If you a have a teen in a small room it saves space.

** Update: My husband was able to get holes drilled in where we needed them and the bed is great. After getting intouch with the company they compensated us fairly for the inconvenience since i did not want to have to break the bed back down and deal with returns. Very happy with my customer service experience and they ensured that the photos I took and comments were directed to the manufacturer in order to make sure that the issue does not happen again for future orders.****Everything was going great until I got to where I was building the dresser part. The front face for the dresser was manufactured in correctly. The "bump out pieces" shown covered the hole where the bolt was suppose to go and was supposed to be on the top side of the face piece. My husband is trying to work out a way to salvage this by killing the holes on the other side since we do not want to disassemble everything and process a return after getting over half of the bed assembled. I am going to reach out for some kind of credit for this for this hassle and us having to jimmy rig this dresser together.

Assembly was moderate. However the drawers don't seem to function properly. I'll have to tweet them later. Also, not enough slats provided to hold a typical teenager (roughly 140 lbs).

I liked that the bed arrived on time. The kit was well protected during shipping. What didn't I like? Well, some parts weren't labeled. Some written instructions would make assembly easier. Allen screws aren't my choice for attaching parts. That said, the assembled bed looks great! It feels very solid! The drawers are a bit small, but very functional. It's perfect for a young child to an adult.

Bought two beds, both arrived somewhat damaged but the seller sent some of a refund to compensate for damage done. Fairly easy to set up except that slats don't reach all of the way across, husband used straps to pull it tight when he screwed them in, so it did require him finishing putting the bed together. The mattresses we have are smaller than the frame, so there are gaps around the edges, will probably have to have a solid board to put so nothing falls under the bed. All in all, my 5 and 6-year old like their new beds.

This was for my daughter’s room and it worked perfectly with the theme. Pretty easy to build but if you need to move it you need to lift up not drag across carpet.
